As I had suspected, wearing them around for a bit has molded the cushioning to my feet wonderfully, and the "slightly small" feeling is gone, as the lip on the back of the slipper now cups my heel perfectly.

I do think that they might fit perfectly over time, though, because the cushioning will form to my feet a bit, and it'll be less puffy than it is, now.

When I first tried the new pair of size 13 slippers on my size 12 feet, they were very tight, uncomfortably snug.

So without a doubt these slippers are roughly 1½ sizes smaller than labeled.

The cloth material on the top and front of the slipper now has "burs" all over it, such that it could use one of those cloth shavers.

The only reason that I will now have to purchase new slippers is because the sole has now worn through under the ball of each foot.

I have wood and vinyl floors throughout most of my house (very little carpet and area rugs), so this might have contributed to the slippers wearing out already.

Not only were they too small, size 13 is now out of stock for more than another month.

They are warm and have a very good tread.

I stuffed them tightly with wads of socks overnight and tried them on the next morning to find they stretched enough to be fairly comfortable.

UPDATE: (14 months later)  The slippers still feel very comfortable.

On the first tighten of the draw string the shoe broke in the most important part..

The design is terrible in that the place where the lace goes through is very weak.

The design of the lace hole is horrible and needs to be completely rebuilt.

When I tried them on and tightened the laces the plastic part holding the two together immediately broke.
