The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I had to exchange them for a larger size as they run smaller than advertised.

So whatever your regular size is I recommend a half size larger.

The shoes remind me of the old Osiris's where it just hugs your foot and gives you a thick tongue!

I use them for bike so the Michelin sole seems to be very durable so far as well.

Its very comfortable and gives you an extra sense of confidence when skating knowing you wont slam your feet or stub your toes.

Definitely buy if you are considering a comfortable shoe with a Michelin tire rubber sole!

Fully recommend and for sure I am going to buy few more pairs top1 of my favourite skateshoes

Older skater looking after my knees a bit more these days so I skate cup soles and these are bomb proof.

Half decent board feel for a cup sole too.

Capezio Women's Flex Master Tap Shoe

Unfortunately, the rubber sole started to come away from the shoe after just a couple of wears.

There's no padding in the foot bed with very little padding in the heel,  They are too small to add any inserts for extra padding.

The shoes come with a blue poron (high density foam) inner sole, which for some odd reason runs from the rear of the shoe through the arch,

This is a mystery to me - I think tap dancers, like me, spend more time on the ball of the foot than the heel, so why the padding doesn't extend there is baffling.

The inner sole does crack over time (8-10 months) from going up on toes and pointing,

but it doesn't make the shoe uncomfortable.I can see that having the inner sole cover the entire shoe bed would mean more cracking, but surely they could have separate pad at the ball of the foot, and keep a heel pad if needed.

In fact, too soft and flexible for me because I could feel the edge of the heel transfer through to the insole.

The flex sole is stiffer out of the box than the Capezio.

but my daughter always wears a 3 M and these 4 W were way too small.

I wore these shoes for a tap class within an hour of receiving them.

The second time I wore them, the ball of my left foot and left heel became fatigued and ached.

The shoe sizes street shoe to slightly small - I'm a 6 1/2 or 7, and the 6 1/2 fits me; I wear a 7 1/2 Bloch dance sneaker.

but one shoe stretched out too much due to a foot brace I wore for much of last year.

Now that I'm not wearing it, I can't tighten the shoe enough.

For my purposes, the heel is somewhat of a bummer.

This shoe at least doesn't have a leather wrapped heel, which looks ratty after about a week in my case (sorry Bloch).

- The heel is rather long and extends forward almost to the arch.

My absolute favorite shoe by Leo's, since discontinued, had a solid, high-density plastic heel, and it was great.

They were comfortable for the 1 1/2 hour class.

but not have the discomfort of wearing Irish hard shoes for hours a day.

Product is not really a "wide" model; the work shoe is quite narrow especially in the steel toe area.

:( If anyone knows of a steel toe that is extra wide I would love to know.

The sole is hard and noisy on any floor other than carpet The laces are about 8 inches too long, maybe more.

Wearing them on the first day, I was disappointed in myself for ordering the larger size and knew I had to do something to fix the problem.

Note: I have been wearing them with gel insoles which really makes the shoes hug my feet and I totally recommend it.

I have worn Rockport before quite a lot and remembered them for their soft sole and light weight.

So, I kept them and am wearing them 9 hours a day and they're okay

And, like I said, by the second day they were completely broken in and I've been wearing them full-time, quite comfortably, ever since.

I've been wearing these shoes for about a month now and LOVE them!!

But I did wear them for a week with no insole and didn't have any issues.

And on top of that, wearing these shoes feels amazing.

The inserts made the shoes fit absolutely perfect!

They have no real defined heel and so your feet are flatter than a boot with a heel.

I am concerned that this would transfer all the weight straight down, whereas a boot with a heel distributes the impact differently.

Heel allows for too much slippage and can wear on your heel until broken in or heel toughens up.Not enough time in these boots to  say how they will hold up,

This creates bunching under the boot strings and rubbing on the top of the foot.

I have noticed that the Tactical is starting to sag and buckle on the sides and rear of the boot.

I bought this pair for my daughter who is in ROTC and she preferred a 1/2 size larger too.

The Tactical runs a little small and the Predator is off two full sizes.

I would probably gotten a half size larger

To be to the point the quality control on both boots is substandard.

I truly expected more for this price point and better quality control.

Unlike the KHYBER that has flex zones and hugs the foot, the Rocky is like wearing a leather bag with a cool organic style sole.

Very comfortable to wear and the material are durable as well.

The sole assists with anti ankle role and tension by being wide and almost flat.

Love the fact that the Vibram sole is one piece and not a glued togather composite.

I like that these soles are sewn to the upper.

They were 1 size to big, loosened as much as possible and they are so hard to get over the heel!!!!

However, they were at least one size too small and very difficult to put on.

Even with a size that was too big, our kid could not easily slide the shoes on and off.

Once the kids got the shoes on, they said they were really comfortable and would have been great for summer time activities.
