At first they made my knees swell up and they were in pain.

The insole is not removable either so I can’t replace it easily.

My go to sneakers
I'm currently suffering with plantar fasciitis and doing my own research for my own body I've realized that as long as I'm in a shoe that what works for me is a sneaker or shoe that elevates the heel above the rest of the foot.

They fit great and were very comfortable.

I can’t wear shoes with a flat heel for very long and had bought another pair of Sketchers with a 1.5 inch heel and they worked great for my job.

This just lessens the stress I'm putting on my heel.

The only issue that I have is the first layer of fabric on the insert came lose on like day 3, and it just flops around on the inside uncomfortably.
