Long lasting
When I first got the boots over a year ago they hurt my feet

but after braking them in they have been one of the best boots I have owned.

I have worn these boots for over a year now in summer and winter, in rain and ice.

I've been wearing them for two days now hauling in my dump truck  and I can say these boots are very comfortable and lightweight, they fit great and look great too.

Will definitely be my next boot when these wear out

The sole looks to be better attached and they feel just as Seattle boot.

When I’m purchasing big boots like that or something like that - im expecting to wear it for couple hours for couple days so it adjusted to my feet and feet get used to it.

I wore them around the house and loved the feel and support, the wide toe box is FANTASTIC compared to my old Red Wings.

they never got wet inside and they allowed my feet to breathe well being a full leather boot.

Overall very waterproof and dont stretch too badly during break in.

The Fit is as expected.

The last KEEN boots I bought have lasted 4 years worn all day every day and still are in good condition (not the same style) I am a dedicated KEEN fan.

2nd Pair I've bought
My first pair wasn't a composite toe, I wrote a review asking Keen that it would be nice if they were composite toed boot and they just came out with this and I love them.

Once you know your size of Keen's you order that size and they all fit the same LOVE Keen they have a good product the footbed is perfect for my feet.

I bought a second pair of these recently.

I wear these out to restaurants and shops since they are comfortable.

I have bought other brands (Timberland and Nautilus) and these are lighter and more comfortable than first said brand and last longer than the latter.

I last bought a pair of these 2 or 3 years ago and was very impressed with the quality

Now the insoles have obviously been improved and I will never buy the Timberland version of these shoes again because these are actually a better shoe for a significant reduction in price over comparable Timberland shoes.

I may even buy a second pair just to have for the future.

The insoles of these shoes have improved drastically!

I am a seasoned stagehand and the weight to protection ratio makes me not want to ever go back to the red wing brand equivalent ever again.

Only reason for 4 starts are the crappy insoles.

BUT THIS KEEN PRODUCT IS THE REAL DEAL, they planned for the lose of space with the safety toe installed!! !

I walk about 5 miles a day and I also like the idea that there's the aluminum toe which in case you end up hitting a rock or stubbing your toe or something falls on the sneakers it's not gonna hurt your toes.

Was surprised to find these for under 50 bucks as all the others are easily over 100$ I work construction in Florida outside and these shoes are pretty darn comfortable and I feel safe with the aluminum toe.

but that's only a temporary thing as you break in the shoe around the second week of walking I noticed that they're very comfortable.

-- So, these are Just as comfortable as my Flint Lows were..for almost Half the price.

These shoes are reasonably conservative in appearance, not cluttered with superfluous visual schtick, as are so many other casual shoes.

but in use thereafter they are much more comfortable than any other-brand footwear I now have.

At the $50 price I paid for my size, I consider them a splendidly comfortable bargain, and am tempted to buy another pair.

Keen is the only brand of shoe that has lasted me for over 7 years and still looks good and they're still comfortable.

In my opinion you cannot go wrong with Keen.

1) Composite toe protection so they are light.

They fit perfectly and the composite toe is at a good height where my toes aren't rubbing against it all day.

Improved feel to the insole, this shoes are easier to wear all day and stay comfy than their predecessors.

These shoes lace up nicely, fit well and are actually comfortable on my feet.

They offer a composite toe to avoid crush and puncture accidents.

They are wide enough in the foot though, so if you're a chick they'll be fine.

I'm not sure if it's the quality the laces or if the eyelets on the boots are overly abrasive.

What did them in was the top lace hook snapped, making it impossible to lace all the way to the top.

I feel like a year of abuse is fair for the life of a work boot, and with some added toe protection and some extra care when I lace them, I might get more long longevity out of my current pair.

but the small plastic eyelets don't work well with the wide shoestrings.

2 of the top lace hooks snapped off, 1 on the other boot.

Don't know why the top 2 lace ties are plastic hooks, why wasn't metal used.

It’s a very wide fit
I normally wear a 10 wide shoes as I have fat Flintstone feet.

These shoes run large so I ordered a 9.5 wide.

I ended up returning them and getting a 9.5 regular width.

I have a very hard time finding work boots that fit.

It makes the boot lighter and doesn't set off metal detectors.

More than likely I will keep buying these boots as I wear them out.
