However: the left shoe was not laced properly through the top left loop.

There’s no way to undo and re-lace because of the way the laces are sealed top and bottom.

Only downside to me was that the back strap is not adjustable,

I've been wearing Keen shoes for hiking and walking for several years.

They were a little difficult for my daughter to get on until she'd broken them in because the opening is a little narrow and wasn't easy for her to spread open like a velcro closure would be.

The Keen quality is there, these are comfortable, well-made, durable hiking shoes that will take a beating outside and last long enough to still be useful when our young one outgrows them whenever that may be.

The Mosey also doesn't seem to have a heel cup at all.

though the lack of anything resembling a heel cup makes me think that won't really fix the problem.

At this point, I am not sure they fit in to my daily routine because they fail at needing to be something you could actually walk around in.

Walking from my car to my office they slip around too much.

I was hoping that these would be a higher version with laces.

I've found that when converted to Eu sizes they run about a half size small.

I bought them to wear to greet our two large loving Coonhounds in the a.m., who tromp all over my feet (to get close), which splits off bits of nail at the end and the pieces go under the skin and have to be removed by the podiatrist.

I was skeptical at first because I haven't worn low cut shoes very regularly in years - typically because they dig in to the backs of my ankles and feel like they're going to fall off.

They are very much lighter than my older KEEN boots.

From my experience, Keen shoes run very true to size.

Shoelaces are thick, slide easily through holes and once you tie them down, the boots sit stiff on your feet.

but I did not expect it to be lightweight anyway being marketed as industrial work boots with full feet protection.

but I don't think I'll be hiking in these any time soon, the sole is just right for what these boots are made for.

I mean, these boots are coming from KEEN and set higher expectations and higher standards than other average boots you might come across and they do not disappoint a bit.

I really love them, and I think KEEN really outperformed itself with these fantastic boots.

The boots size is true, I always wear 9.5 US and I ordered 9.5 US and they fit absolutely perfectly, not too tight not too loose.

but they are very comfortable and the size is "just right".

Tough built, amazingly comfortable, soft padding, excellent protection, superb sole traction.

The boots are soft and fit very tight and true, they don't create any uncomfortable pressure points on your feet that might affect their prolonged use.

These boots look fantastic.

I think these boots are fantastic and I really have no complaints.

Putting them on and off is very easy thanks to the lace hooks at the top allowing you to quickly unlace boots halfway.

You can see in the second photo that there is some "residue" on the back of the heel along with cat or dog hair.

But a few weeks ago, so a month into having them, they ripped apart at the heel.

When I opened the boots they very obviously had been worn before.

I love that they're blue and not the old brown or black work boots. BORING!!

I'd definitely buy another pair if I can't find any my size in women's boots.

I decided to take a chance on these bright blue ones, and I got a 10.5, and they fit perfectly.

Great marketing ploy, because since that free pair I've bought one to two pairs every year ( I build decks and fences) and one to two pairs for employees or relatives, because they really do keep your feet dry in the great old pacific northwest!
