KEEN Utility Men's Detroit Xt Mid Height Steel Toe Waterproof Work Boots

stretchy

Even when laced tightly around the grommets by the tongue they feel looser than I prefer at heel and ankle.

stiff

These boots fit soles are a more stiff composite rubber and provide oil and slip resistance without giving up durability.

sole stiff

sole

My ONLY complaint will be that the sole cannot be replaced.

however the sole has come off in 6 months and no Warrenty!

heel

I have slim feet too so I find that the added weight all up front causes my heel to lift up in the boot which takes some getting used to.

keen-utility

Great Boots I recently purchased a pair of Keen Utility Boots, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

Whether I'm trudging through mud or walking on rocky terrain, I can trust that my Keen Utility Boots will endure. 3.

**Safety Features**: Safety is a top priority when it comes to work boots, and Keen Utility doesn't disappoint.

but Keen Utility offers various sizing options, ensuring that I could find the perfect fit for my feet. 8.

**Longevity**: Even with regular use, my Keen Utility Boots have shown minimal signs of wear and tear.

In summary, Keen Utility Boots have impressed me on all fronts – comfort, durability, safety, and style.

anti-slip

They are tough and hold up well, have great anti slip properties and are fairly comfortable.

boot

These boots have truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and here's why: 1.

**Exceptional Comfort**: From the moment I put these boots on, I was amazed by how comfortable they are.

**Durability**: These boots are built to last.

but these boots have kept my feet dry and comfortable throughout.

**Excellent Traction**: Whether on slippery surfaces or uneven ground, the outsole of these boots provides outstanding traction.

**Stylish Design**: It's not just about functionality; these boots also look great.

comfortable

but sturdy and sooo comfortable Truth be told, I'm not a hard-core tradesman; I'm just program manager who occasionally has to be at construction sites.

Well, it was time for a new pair so I did a little research looking for something that was both comfortable and rugged (as I live in Northern New England).

The fit is great, they're built well without weighing a ton, and are comfortable enough to wear all day without fatigue or blisters.

Great Boots These boots were comfortable out of the box

They were very comfortable out of the box and required no break-in period.

The only footwear that I own that are more comfortable than these boots is a pair of Keen Newport sandals which I can't wear to work.

wear

I've been wearing these boots for three seasons (fall, winter, spring) of the last two years and I have no complaints.

The cushioning and arch support are just perfect, making them suitable for long hours of wear, whether I'm on the job or going on a hike. 2.

The design is modern and sleek, so I can wear them on the job or out and about without feeling like I'm sacrificing style for safety. 7.

KEEN Utility Men's Cincinnati 8” Waterproof Composite Toe Wedge Work Boots

yard/garden

I work in a smaller ship yard in the Pacific Northwest.

waste money

Unfortunately they won't make it much longer and I'll never waste money on any Keen products again.

uncomfortable

The boots are lined so bumps and small impacts aren’t as uncomfortable as unlined ones and the composite toe keeps them light(er than steel toes).

sweaty foot

The water proof ones are very well insulated so they will make your feet sweat if you are working in a hot environment so heads up.

sweaty

Dependable and Comfortable Work Boots I recently purchased the KEEN Utility Men's Cincinnati 8-inch Waterproof Composite Toe Work Boots and have found them to be a dependable and comfortable choice for my work needs.

Overall, the KEEN Utility Men's Cincinnati Work Boots have proven to be a reliable and comfortable option for demanding work environments.

Comfortable, durable boots Pros: Comfortable Supportive Waterproof Durable (for the most part) Grippy tread Wedge sole Composite toe Wide-ish standard size Roomy toe box Cons: Leather over the toe is not abrasion resistant Soles eventually separated at the toe This is my second pair of Keen Cincinnati composite toe boots.

I wear an 11D in all the name-brand boots (Redwing, Thoughood, Timberland, etc) and these were no exception.

Think work boot comfort and not keen hiking/sandal comfort.

He found these boots to be both comfortable and rugged.

The composite toe protection is not noticeable (excellent), and it allows air in the boot and helps keep the foot dry.

Heavy equipment technician’s 2 month review First off let me say that these boots are comfortable.

These are the most comfortable boot I’ve ever worked with.

Comfortable and Dependable My husband was concerned that the material would not hold up for his line of work in masonry.

Comfortable work 12 hour shifts on cement as electrician huge improvement over last boots

These boots are very comfortable and well made.

protection

Toe protection is a must, which detracts from the style of the boot.

The composite toe offers protection without the added weight of traditional steel-toed boots, making them comfortable to wear throughout the day.

The boots are lightweight yet sturdy, offering both protection and flexibility for various work environments.

I decided to condition them with some SNO SEAL for some extra protection.

Like how it protects my feet from getting wet in the mud.

KEEN Utility Men's Flint 2 Low Height Leather Soft Toe Work Shoes

wear fast

It’s a shame that the sole and the heel padding wears out so fast, if they could last just a little bit longer.

I literally wear through the sole in that amount of time.

While the quality of the new pair was as great as the last, the same size was unfortunately a little smaller in length and width even after wearing them for a few weeks now.

The thing that wore out first for me was the back of the heel.

My first pair held up great for a year, and I only bought a new pair because I'd worn the tread off the soles, which is not the fault of the shoe.

UPDATE: Didn't wear these all winter (not waterproof), and now the left one is falling apart - midsole separating from upper and last, going to be unwearable if I don't glue them or something.

Haven't owned this pair nine months yet and probably only wore them daily for about four months, and they're falling apart.

Keen just seems to outlast the Merrill brand I had been wearing until 2006 Keen also don't begin to have structural premature wearing of the sole's outer rt & left heel generating heel weakness and rolling of the shoe.

walking

Sadly, after only about 9 months I'm walking the soles off, the upper is starting to split along the outside, and that fantastic toe-saving rubber cap is showing signs of coming loose.

My only complaint is the squeak when you walk.

sole heel

The heel padding is gone by then as well.

slippery

They are not slip resistant, quite the opposite, so be careful in greasy kitchens.

Too bad, I like the fit and slip resistance, and the one thing I don't get with Merrell is a slip-resistance rating,

Once my new pair of Keen Utility Flint II arrived, I tried them on and they're a welcome addition to my footwear.

even if you have flippers for feet like I do, and the sole is amazingly non-slip, even on wet laminate flooring.

They are anti-slip, at least on freshly mopped floors, so that is a plus.

They feel well made and are built to last, comfortable to wear and fit perfectly.

Very comfortable My husband is on his feet all day at work, looking for comfort these seem to be working out for him

2nd pair No issues, long life, comfortable.

I am frequently getting my feet wet, so I needed shoes that were still comfortable and still breathable, while being somewhat water resistant.

These are great, super comfortable, and I used the heck out of them

Comfortable work shoes, quality/durability is hit and miss This is my second pair of these.

What I like about these shoes: They're comfortable and breathable.

This, while being properly snug in the heel, is very nice.

I love the company, it's values, and the fit of their products, so I'll probably give them one more shot; sometimes you just get a bad batch,

Very happy with this shoe, fits true to size.

durable

Very sturdy shoe I bought these to work in a kitchen.

I definitely would recommend to anybody looking for a sturdy comfortable work shoe or a nice shoe for just about anywhere.

Had same problem with that brand's ankle boots, while my winter Keen boots remain sturdy.

KEEN Utility Mens PTC Oxford Low Height Non Slip Kitchen

wood floor

The sole is harder, louder on wood floors

tiring

Not nearly as fatigued after a 11 hr shift.

strap

The right shoe in both instances fit loosely to where my heal slips no matter how much I tightened it.

It is a very stiff, hard finished leather vs the soft oil tanned leather on the Austin.

soft genuine-leather

Over the years I've purchased a variety of nonslip "restaurant" shoes.

The real super power of these shoes is the non-slip soles.

Since my foot doctor recommended these shoes for six months, my pain has completely subsided and I'm incredibly comfortable.

Comfortable and well made Fantastic shoes.

The fit was perfect, and they were comfortable right out of the box.

comfortable shoe These shoes are so comfortable.

Lives up to expectations I’m a restaurant manager, comfy and safe shoes are a must.

but they feel supportive and comfortable.

Due to the constant standing and slippery conditions at work, I've developed plantar fasciitis.

The slip resistance is excellent, and they keep my feet dry even in heavy rain.

These are the only shoes that are truly slip resistant or in my experience "slip proof".

When I wear these keens, which is everyday now, it doesn't even cross my mind to be concerned about slipping.

I need a supportive shoe that will take a beating and won't slip on those wet floors.

Everyone at work is taking notes and probably will be getting Keens with these soles because everyone hates slipping around on those wet floors.

I have also owned the slip on PTC (still have them).

In the slip on, the tread life seemed much greater than the Austin.

So far I am very happy with these as an everyday shoe that can handle indoors or outdoors action, and, based on my experiences with the Austin and the slip on PTC, I have high confidence that I will stay happy with them.

They were exceedingly comfortable, fit well, and lightweight.

I have wide feet and these shoes are a perfect fit.

I liked the shoes, they fit nicely better than I thought they would.

KEEN Utility Men's Work Boots

It’s been a little longer then a year now and over 2,000 miles of walking through cities and forests, working overtime, and starting my venture of going back to college.

Made in USA Quality Like most Keen boots and shoes I’ve owned in the past, they can be stiff and have a break in period.

rubber sole

The upper leather boot separated from the rubber sole.

half-size

genuine-leather boot

The other 4 KEEN Utility mens Braddock Low Height Steel Toe size 11W have always fit like a glove.

They look great, feel very comfortable, great non-slip tread.

Nice boot Nice quality, would order wide next time.

These boots are stylish, comfortable and protect my feet and ankles!

It's unfortunate because otherwise they've been great boots.

F-ing Keens man, I have yet to have a bad pair whether work boots, hiking boots, casual(I’m lying never had casual keens

I need ankle support and these boots are good in that area.

Comfortable True to size and very comfortable

but less so with the insoles I switched to but still comfortable.

purchase

Since they don't care, about the customer, this will be the last Keen product I purchase.

I received the order and shoes fit Nice shoes

This is my 4th pair over the years and if they keep making them I’ll keep buying them.

Again happy with this purchase Keen never disappoints.

KEEN Utility Men's Vista Energy Mid Height Composite Toe Internal Metatarsal Guard Industrial Work Boots

worn-out

Laces could be better, one actually broke the first time he wore them.

unsupportive

Okay Right sole started collapsing after a week,

These shoes are uncomfortable to wear for long periods and exacerbate orthopedic problems associated with bunched up toes.

It takes a few weeks to break them in, they're a bit stiff.

small-size

Would suggest going up a size because they seem to run small.

Comfort I'm absolutely thrilled with my KEEN Utility Men's Vista Energy Mid Height Composite Toe Internal Metatarsal Guard Industrial Work Boots!

*Traction*: The oil- and slip-resistant outsoles provide reliable grip on different surfaces, and the boots are EH-rated for added protection.

Here's why: *Comfort*: These boots are incredibly comfortable, with exceptional cushioning and support.

*Durability*: The water-resistant leather and robust materials ensure these boots can withstand various work conditions.

*Style*: I love the sleek design, which looks more like an athletic shoe than a traditional work boot.

The quality, comfort, and protection these boots provide make them a worthwhile investment.

I highly recommend these boots to anyone looking for a comfortable, protective, and stylish work boot

Very comfortable I really like these boots.

These boots give me the support I need and are not fatiguing.

I stand all day on concrete and they are super comfortable.

THESE KEEN SHOES ARE GREAT These shoes are so comfortable and fit perfectly,I enjoy wearing them at my job site, very light on your feet, would recommend them to others looking for a light shoe

He likes them, said they were comfortable right off the bat.

Okay so usually I wear Carolina boots from Super Shoes

It has been a long search these past 30 years searching for a well fitting, comfortable, and long wearing protective toe boot.

My feet and calves are happy after 9 hours wearing these.

They are so good I wear them on my thrice a week ruck pack walk loaded with 20 pounds.

but these boots have displaced my hiking and walking foot wear.

But I gave it 5 stars because I wore these for 30 hours straight out of the box and it felt like I got a foot massage at the end of the day.

The more I wore them, the better they got too.

So I need to wear "foot shaped" shoes like Keens, Birkenstocks or Altras.

KEEN Utility Women's Vista Energy Shift Low Height Composite Toe ESD Slip on Industrial Work Shoes

Since there are no laces and the top comes way up on your foot, it is very difficult to get the shoe on.

but issues Ok so these are well made shoes but save yourself some time and pain order you some insoles when you order these shoes.

The factory insoles are almost non existant.

had to return/exchange

It's for safety not comfort - I ended up returning

pain

Where the pull tab is on top that stitching rolls inward causing great pain on the front of your ankle.

love my KEEN Utility Women's Vista Energy Shift Low work shoes!

The slip-resistant sole gives me confidence on the job, and the steel toe protection is a must-have.

shoes are very comfortable ONCE you get them on your feet.

They're super comfortable, breathable, and provide excellent support.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for durable, safe, and comfy work shoes!

Good work shoe True size, cute and comfy for work shows

Comfy did not last long So I love this brand and they have cute options.

When I first got them they were comfortable;

Light Easy on easy off, comfortable on the feet.

size

I always buy a size up for comfort and space.

Runs very true to size and holds up well.

Durable and comfortable Perfect for work!
