It’s been a little longer then a year now and over 2,000 miles of walking through cities and forests, working overtime, and starting my venture of going back to college.

I have to deal with lots of 50lb bags of feed, putting up fencing, moving hay, walking on rough, sometimes muddy ground.

I only had to replace them once the shoe lace holders disintegrated.

but the outer sheath on one did wear through at one of the lace loops at around 8 months of nearly daily wear.

Made in USA Quality Like most Keen boots and shoes I’ve owned in the past, they can be stiff and have a break in period.

You can feel the construction of the shoe through the insole.

If my feet aren't properly supported, by mid afternoon of trudging around, the soles of my feet can feel as if they have been lit on fire.

I went with the soft toe in these as opposed to the steel toe.

The heavy rubber cap has done a very nice job of providing protection while being soft enough not to cause damage to my socks or toes.

These are the most comfortable boots I have found.

The boot is quite heavy duty in the right areas and flexible where needed.

The toe box is wide and tall, feels nice to wiggle your toes while the boot is tied.

As you walk they don't roll real smooth like most Keen boots, they kind of have a double hit to the ground/floor.

I will get used to that I hope, it's minor for the other great features of this light work boot.

I highly recommend you add this boot to your collection of footwear.

Make them any tougher and they won't be comfortable.

Unfortunately they won't make it much longer and I'll never waste money on any Keen products again.

The boots are lined so bumps and small impacts aren’t as uncomfortable as unlined ones and the composite toe keeps them light(er than steel toes).

Overall, the KEEN Utility Men's Cincinnati Work Boots have proven to be a reliable and comfortable option for demanding work environments.

The leather is soft so you have to be careful when working around steel and sharp edges.

As for problems I’ve had, the soft leather over the comp toe wore very quickly when kneeling on grit-blasted aluminum.

I wear an 11D in all the name-brand boots (Redwing, Thoughood, Timberland, etc) and these were no exception.

I gave them a second chance and wore them again in heavy rain and walking in puddles and it never seemed to be more than a small tiny drop at the very rim of the socks when I took my boot off.

These are easily the most comfortable pair of Keen utility boots that I’ve ever worn.

Plenty comfortable, composite toe is about exactly the same weight as the soft toe (I have a pair of both).

Soft soles will wear out quicker and soft leather gouges easily, if you're not getting a VIBRAM sole then you're taking chances.

These KEENS while comfortable and have a very cushy sole are far too gentle to be rugged in my opinion.

I put them on to start breaking them in as most require quite some time to truly get comfy.

These Keens are very comfortable and I honestly was able to wear them all day without having blisters or difficulty with them.

It is a very stiff, hard finished leather vs the soft oil tanned leather on the Austin.

I tend to walk on the outside of my heel a little (supinate) and the soft sole on the Austin wears quickly for me in that area.

Since my foot doctor recommended these shoes for six months, my pain has completely subsided and I'm incredibly comfortable.

In the slip on, the tread life seemed much greater than the Austin.

So far I am very happy with these as an everyday shoe that can handle indoors or outdoors action, and, based on my experiences with the Austin and the slip on PTC, I have high confidence that I will stay happy with them.

They were exceedingly comfortable, fit well, and lightweight.
