I have average width so unless shoes is extremely narrow, I do ok.  not this one.

despite shoes not looking like a narrow shoes, toe area is just soo tight, after wearing 8hrs, my toes felt crushed.

After reading a lot of reviews that said these shoes ran small, I was very disappointed that they are too big for me, I wear a 4 1/2 narrow and ordered size 5 (since it's the smallest size available) assuming they ran small.

I generally need a wide width, so was concerned that they would be too narrow,

then the back of the shoes, it sits high so it touches back of your heel area up high, hits the ankle so it rubs a lot when you walk.

but my feet were so sore at the end of the day I hated waking to the car.

Unfortunately, the length of the shoes was just a little too long for me, and my heels slipped out as I tried to walk.

this was disappointing how uncomfortable this shoes was overall because I specifically wanted to try on this brand due to it's reputation as comfort label.

They have a nice footbed and good arch support.

Very difficult to pull strap through the plastic loops

The media could not be loaded.

They are so difficult to completely open the straps (that is slide them out of the plastic loop that the straps pass through to secure) that I have to give them 2/5 instead of 5/5.

Since it has been 2 months, the window is no longer open and frankly all that really needs to be changed is those 3 plastic fasteners on each shoe.

Runs small even based on their own size chart
I ordered the 9-12month and based on the pictured size chart it should have been 125mm on the inside.

Size is not accurate
Wish the size was correct for U.S. sizing standards because my daughter is a size 4 in toddlers, I ordered a size 5 in toddlers & it was too small!!!

If you order these shoes, be sure to go up two (2) sizes.

I discovered a hole, about 1 inch around, in the right toe.

Unlike the hole, this lump was always there.

The hole appeared about 30 days into wear.

But I wore with no show socks and only had blister bandaids on my heels!

I'm pretty sure this means these aren't meant for longterm wear.

(As seen in the first picture) Now when I walk, my toe slides down into the HOLLOW platform.
