The footbed is suede, so I'm not sure how long the sandals will hold up.

My one and only issue is the top strap that forms part of the ankle strap is secured with a small elastic strip, which has stretched out after 2 months of continuous use making one sandal too loose to correct with the velcro stay.

I bought this pair to knock around in as they are more casual looking with the glued in foot bed and a pair of the Hiapo leather ones for dressier occasions, if that's possible with flip-flops!

I really like the Hiapo's for a nice pair of sandals.

They wear very well, dry quickly and are supremely comfortable.

So far no additional separation has occured and they are still very comfortable.
