But the slimmer sides were pressing down onto the sides of my feet (my little toes and 5th metatarsal phalangeal joints) the whole time I wore it.

Am hoping it’ll loosen up eventually with more wear.

I own Chacos Chillos sandals and love them.

These were pretty much the same except the insole was too hard.

The sole has zero traction so it was a concern because I work on hard concrete all day and need a little grip.

Well some reviews say so much about this item and supposedly they are so comfortable well I say not really the foot inersole is to thick and went your foot squashes it down it causes wrinkles up around your foot which makes that uncomfortable and the top section were ever the material is sawn together it makes that so u feel those sections push down against ur foot and they claim that this sneaker is a loose fit well that’s a joke

Excellent shoes for bush walking, after going through all the reviews ordered one size large which fits me comfortably, they have also added a pair of extra laces if originals were small that’s very thoughtful

I really like these, they have shallow tread which is nice when doing yard work.

Don't get a lot of dirt stuck to the bottom.

I like the Camo styling and the outer sole does not appear to trap as much dirt and debris.

These shoes are beyond comfortable, light weight, have excellent grips on the sole and fit extremely well.

Broken soles after only 5 months
My husband works on his feet all day in a warehouse type environment and he got these boots hoping that they would keep his feet protected and comfortable.

THEN, the soles started breaking and cracking across the ball of his foot.

I was hoping to get a little more life out of the sole.

When I had ordered the other boots in my usual size, I couldn't get my foot down the shaft.

If I ordered a bigger size that I could get on, then the boots flopped around on my feet.

Well made boots
After ordering several pairs of boots from various places, I decided to try a pair of side zipper boots.

The side zippers make it much easier to get these boots on.

I now wear them to protect my feet when mowing.

It has small vent holes on the side so I wouldn't recommend walking through snow with these too much.

I recommend when ordering these boots to order a size up.

Broke in 90 days/new pair-- showing signs of wear

Only issue was that shortly after he started wearing them a red line appeared above the sole, I assumed it was heat from his foot and glue seeping up.

My boots usually blow out at the ball of the foot, these have not, yet.

They have a built in cushioned heel and they are about 2 inches taller on the high tops then your average work boot which i thought I was going to like

They fit me more like a size 12 , maybe even a 12-1/2.

These boots are like wearing a very broken in tennis shoe.

I have way too much room from toe to heel (but the width is good and not too wide) so I didn't wear them past the few days as I was getting raw areas on my feet from them from my foot sliding around in them.

They are also very lightweight as well and there is plenty of extra shoelace length to tie them up

I used them for a few days doing yard work and they cleaned up good (like any decent quality boot should).

They are comfortable right out of the box, no need to "break them in" as you do with some boots/shoes.
