but unfortunately I couldn't get my foot in as wide feet, it was such a shame as these boots are extremely well made and very beautiful casual boots i was gutted.

Let me start by saying I have only worn these boots once.

I have quite narrow feet and found these boots to be almost too narrow.

There were none available in a narrow width;

Of the 10 pairs of combat boots I ordered, most were too heavy, too stiff, too wide or looked like they were actually a size 13!

Zipper is not heavy duty or high quality and was not fluid moving up and down.

but not stiff enough for footwear, imo. Even after I adjusted the laces, which were barely long enough to be threaded and tied in the usual way, the leather rippled on the sides and didn't offer any support to my ankle or foot as I walked (which may have something to do with his big these were, but also due to leather type.)

Zipper quality could be better for price point.

The shoe feels like decent quality leather with a soft suedette lining making them cozy.

I also think this leather will scratch and knick easily because it's so soft,

I always buy insoles with arch support and I don’t think I need them at all for these boots, as the cushy footbed fits nicely.

Comfortable right out the box
I was really skeptical about buying these shoes.

They are super comfy to wear straight out the box.

They stretched enough for me to be comfortable within an hour.

Feel a little cheap
My husband decided he does not like these due to the soft outer sole.

They have that cheap feeling soft outer sole that just doesn’t last.

I just think that they are expensive for a pair of shoes with this kind of outer sole on them.

They crease easily, so they will need the use of shoe trees or inserts to help retain the shape and form over time.

The only downside is whenever I take them off, the inner sole comes out as well ☹  This can probably be resolved when I replace it with a pair of Dr. Scholl’s.

- Bottom of the shoe is white instead of black so it will get dirty and it looks a little silly to me,

I'm always skeptical when I get a product from a brand I know nothing about.

The reason I've docked a single star is because these come with the laces already in place

but then when you go to put them on you'll notice the laces are done really really weird so you can't wear them until you unlace them entirely and relace them up.

Not good for prolonged standing
I bought  as a replacement for the Dansko clogs I wore for many years because my ankle kept turning in the clogs.

I wear a 6.5/7 or 37 and these were too long 2- I wore for a 6 hour shift (90% on my feet) and my feet were killing me by the end.

I have worn out the bottom and my feet have been experiencing some pain.

but after a week I’ve been told that my shoes look like I’ve been wearing them for a month.

Thy do start to look a little worn after a short while.

but like most people have said they are too narrow and they don't have a wide width

I have one foot size 10 and the other a 10.5 The size 10 foot has had 4 surgeries from a torn tendon and several surgeries on the great toe.

However, these do run more narrow than I anticipated which is not something I generally have an issue with.

Size wise they are probably half a size too small, so sizing up would probably benefit your feet depending on how you like your fit to be.

but the strap rubs in the arch area of my foot and I think some break in time will do them some good.

The strap is pretty chunky and hurts the arch of the foot.

But the sole of the flip flops is quite thin and the black strap hits me at an awkward place under the arch of my foot and causes rubbing.

Uncomfortable, Not as Squishy or Cushioned as I Hoped
I live in flip flops in the summer and thought these would be a good addition to my collection.

These are also not nearly as cushioned as I was hoping for.

At the $40 price point, there are a lot of great alternatives that are much more comfortable, supportive, and cushioned.

With a non-slip rubber sole and vegan manufacturing considerations, it's a nice touch to warm weather wear. Recommended.

The price was kinda high so I’m going to make these shoes work.

but the rubber is not soft so the big toe area is not that comfortable for longer wear

I found that that after wearing for a couple of hours around the house the area just above the toe got irritated.

Sad thing is I can’t return them now because I’ve worn them and the sole looks used now.

The  piece that goes around the toe and top of the foot is a little uncomfortable.

Dansko Crystal Sandals
These sandals have a great wide and cushy footbed, with great arch support.

but still work wonders for my arch support and plantar fasciitis, AND they work to (mostly) cover my bunion.

I loved the rubber sole and supportive arch.

But once used to the fit, they are comfortable and supportive and very cute.

I’ve worn other Dansko shoe styles and they were very comfortable.

The bottoms have no tread, it's just a slick plastic.

My spouse actually had to scuff up the bottom of the shoes just so they wouldn't be so slippy on damp hard surfaces, or on tile floors.

The back strap still would slide down during wear though.

Since they are a little too small for me, I'll probably just slip them on to check the mail or take out the trash.

They felt light, cheap, and like some sort of cheap plastic.

They look cheap and plasticky (see photo).

But if I were to pick these up at the store and feel how cheap they felt at that price point, I would not have purchased these.

It’s claimed to be real cowhide over stretchy material which…is not a thing.

When I did use the strap it was too loose and would end up around the bottom of my heel.

but it’s a little too big on both length and width, and the back strap wouldn’t stay on at all.

Also, the description says the strap is adjustable, while they are not designed to be adjusted.

The leather material and the color are nice and natural looking.

These sandals are made of durable leather, and I appreciate the quality of the materials.
