but Insole Says "D" Not on Box
I ordered "Nike Air Monarch IV Black/Black 10.5 Regular" which is what the box says but insole says "D" which I do not recall on previous orders of same item.

On the left shoe, the part of the sole that comes up to the front toe point got stressed because of the noise from its other half and is unglued from the body.

I am still evaluating item if it is too small or if it just feels that way because it is new

I don't know what "D" means and why this pair of Nikes feels small.
