Horrible boots and customer service
After reading all the wonderful reviews, I decided to go ahead and make the plunge on investing $300.00 for a pair of hiking boots.

The soles started coming apart after only 1 month hiking on the AT.

Laces are not good wiay, as many have noted, and don't match.

Better shoe strings and they would be perfect.

Knocked one star aff because shoe strings will wear out in about 7 months of daily use and there are no OE replacements.

If I could give half stars, I'd knock these down to 4.5 stars for one reason, though.

These are steal toe or composite which are a requirement where I work, they have saved my toes on at least one occasion, I would recommend this manufacturer.

Luckily, these are very comfortable, making it easy to do a lot of walking, or standing for extended periods of time.

These Florsheim shoes are far superior to any boots(I've gone through quite a few)because they are so comfortable to walk around in, and they feel softer around the feet, like regular walking shoes.

After 11 hours on my feet, I'm ready to go walking for exercise with my wife in these shoes.

it is the amount of abuse they take from my job, they get covered in ink and grime and after a while they become many colors, they are still comfortable and I keep the old pair and use them when I am working in the yard, digging or mowing since they are water proof.

I wear a United States size 10-1/2.

The manufacturer was smart to advise new owners to wear them a few days so they can fit to your feet.

but with plenty of airflow so you don't get sweaty, great for deskwork, wouldn't want to wear them without socks, and nothing you walk around with.

The ridges in the design give it area to flex and contour to your feet while you walk.

They have a cloth toe that's really comfy.


The sandals are super comfortable, light, and they have the arch in the right position.

The 11 fits perfectly and as of this moment I am very pleased.

I purchased these in an effort to try to find a replacement postal approved shoe since the new balance 702 was discontinued.

Likely I would replace these pretty quickly if I kept the shoes.

I would not purchase this shoe ever again.

I felt like my feet were being squished and again, I'm looking for something as roomy as the discontinued new balance shoes.

but the toe boxes were considerably more narrow than other wide shoes I've owned.

The construction seemed to be pretty good and there were no loose strings and no obvious manufacturer blemishes/defects.

These shoes have a pretty nice footbed and feel better than most postal shoes when walking.

The tread lugs were more than ample to walk around in the snow/mud/rain and feel fairly confident
