heel

The arch seems too far back towards the heel of the shoe.

The heel of the shoe hits my foot at the base of the ankle and within 40 minutes of wearing them I had rubbed a blister there.

The arch support is slightly in the wrong spot, starting too close to my heel which creates a very uncomfortable bump.

but when I walked around in them, my heel slipped out of the shoe completely.

They feel like half a size too large/too wide at the heel.

The heel seam did rub a bit and annoy me.

Terribly uncomfortable, ordered three sizes and all Uncomfortable and very unusual as My other flats are my favorite for comfort.

For some reason, the size is inconsistent between brands.

but I have 5 other pairs of Vionic shoes in a size 10, and these don't fit correctly.

but not for wide feet
Felt compelled to leave a review for these because it didn't seem like other reviewers even gave them a chance.

Obviously, these are only made in medium width, not wide.

I was expecting the insoles to be softer.

The insole, which is removable in most of their shoes is not removable in this one.

Because it is nowhere near the quality as all my other Vionic insoles.

The insole is also rock hard and presses into the bottom of my right foot.

The arch support is very stiff and pushes up on me arch.

My first impression when I opened the box was I was amazed at the material because it is SO SOFT.

Unlike other Vionic flats, the soles of these are one solid piece and attached to the shoe.

They arrived and they looked as cute as I expected.

I own several Vionic shoes and boots and have always been very pleased with them.

Vionic makes very high quality shoes that will last and your feet will love them if have the patience to break them in.
