I am returning them and, I can tell from the box, I'm not the first person to return them.

It is very expensive so i do hope that the rubbing on the sides will go away as i do not wish to return it

Two straps and I could adjust them both, nice-looking (super good-looking pearly leather), heel was the perfect height to make it dressier, steady, well-balanced, excellent quality! COMFORTABLE.

Wearing Naot is like flying first class.

The business flats are a little dressier, have great arch support, and have a sole that provide ample traction.

Once you start wearing them, there's no going back to coach!

Those things check all the boxes for a shoe I want to wear all day at work.

These ended up being the only shoes I wore the whole trip.
