I am returning these since its obvious they were already worn.

Wanted to love these high quality, beautiful boots.

but tight and hard at the foot and wide at the opening.

But I don’t understand why it’s so narrow and hard at the foot.

The zipper never worked without a fight on the left shoe and they are clunky and wide in the top of foot/ankle which is not a flattering silhouette.

Fit like a glove
I have wide feet, so its hard to find shoes that fit well,
