Kenneth Cole Boot - Sole with Obvious Flaw
I bought these Kenneth Cole boots during the Amazon Prime Days Oct 10 -11, 2023.

The zipper is on the back heel, a bit of a drawback for the boots

I gave versatility 4 stars because I can only wear these with a few things in my wardrobe, so I guess I should work on matching clothes with the boots!

I gave 4 stars for comfort because they are not as comfortable as my Lucky Brand Boots I wear almost everyday.

When my size 9 booties came I could not pull the zipper up.

If I want to return them for another pair not flawed then I will have to pay the regular price now.

I have 2 other items I had to return which I bought during the event, slippers too small and damaged dog harness.

even though I have a wide foot BUT that zipper in the back heel was digging into my ankle with every step.

When I took them out of the box I immediately noticed a white mark on the sole.

Fit, quality and color (navy blue) perfect!

One that is a true navy blue as described, it’s attractive and fits perfectly!

They are not too tall (I’m 5’9) and not too loud when walking on hard surfaces.

I couldn't wait to wear them they fit so well and are very comfortable to walk in.

The heel height is exactly what I was looking for and the sole has some cushioning so that they are comfortable to walk in.

They fit perfect and we’re comfortable from the beginning, I wore them all day and into the evening.

Material looks nice and not cheap and the fit was good

I’m able to comfortably wear them at work all day and haven’t had any discomfort or blisters.

I ordered a new product and obviously got someone's damaged return.

I don't have time to return and re-order, so I guess I just have to hope I can fix it.

Not a good fit for me
These shoes were too big for me and hurt my feet so I let my daughter try them(she has wider feet then me) and they fit her ok.
