Twice now I have tried to order the style again, and both had to be returned due to the size being all around too big, not like my original pair.

Also the hook loop in the back to help you pull on the shoes really does nothing because of the lip on the heel of the back of the shoe is pushed down constantly when you are putting your foot in the shoe so the loop does not fix that problem, you still have to wrestle in an out to get the lip of the shoe heal back up after pushing it down when you're putting your shoe on if that makes sense it's quite a wrestle

but after she wore them on a short 6 mile hike, she now loves them and she wears them instead of her New Balance everywhere we go.
