Can't get my feet in them
The top straps are decorative only.

Strap does not  stretch enough
Even my feet are not wide, and my instep isn't that big, the upper strap keeps coming out when I try to put the shoes on.

I tried buying new socks and the (awful to me) no show socks (not socks just bottom foot coverings).

None of that worked the shoe collar simply hugged my sock so tightly it made wearing the shoe uncomfortable because the heavier cotton socks clung to the sock collar.

I was miserable until I thought, these shoes are LIKE socks so how about barefoot?!

I suffered from heel spurs in my right heel.


This is my second pair I ordered as the first pair had excessive glue marks coming from the seams and the second pair has these scuffs on the heel marks.

Putting them on barefoot was still a challenge

but to walk around in muddy or heavy rain not a good shoe better off with a real hiking boot

I put my nice thin professional dress socks on and instantly I could slip them on (they are made of nylon or a synthetic fabric and very smooth).

Water still goes through the shoe it's an amazing and comfortable shoe to hike in and some water splash,

Otherwise the shoes are light and comfortable, true to size, not for wide feet.

Very light to the feet let alone comfortable.

I was surprised with the material and the snug it gives to the ankles. Waterproof?

Was abit small, slightly uncomfortable, after wearing out then know the problem.

Three weeks after return date, shoe is still too small.

but it’s not comfortable, it runs too small and the upper tongue part is very poorly designed IMHO, it’s  thick so you will sweat a lot, and also part where it attaches to actual shoe it’s gonna be very uncomfortable bulge against your foot

I usually wear a size 10US-11US size shoe, ordered a 10.5 and they run a little snug.

Based on this, you might want to consider at least a half-size up from your usual N.A. size.

I kept the shoe past the return date, believing an 11.5 should fit perfectly based on the feel of the 11 and the fit of my other brand shoes.

El producto es de buena calidad, pero no es lo que esperaba tengo otros tenis  salomon y estos son demasiado ajustados en el empeine a grado que lastima y son incomodos y eso que los pedi medio numero mas grandes!

tengo varia botas Salomon, son muy buenas, pero este calzado esta un poco mas pequeño, me aprietan, espero que con el tiempo cedan. .

y al compararlas con mis otras botas se ve que son materiales mas baratos, pero la verdad siguen siendo un buen calzado

Not to size
I bought a size up and still can’t get my foot into these.

1) extremely NARROW 2) laces are round and come undone day 1 Very very uncomfortable shoe I e on ups not recommended unless you buy 1.5 to 2 sizes up

But the sizing is way off - I normally wear a size 11.5 in Merrells and my foot is a standard width in most shoes.

I took a chance on a larger size and still found them unwearable.

It is annoying to have to mess with the product return when the shoes are listed, clearly wrongly, and fit = normal size.

Amazon should correct this given the number of reviewers who have said they are smaller than the sizes claimed.

I am returning them tomorrow for a refund.

The quality of the shoes appeared to be excellent, and their design makes it very flexible as to when you can wear them - they should be good walking / hiking shoes and appearance wise, it definitely meets smart casual and probably business casual standards depending on the color you choose (mine were dark earth).

Great shoes
These shoes fit me well 1/2 size larger than most others.

I have narrow feet and these fit like a glove.
