These crocs are easy to slip on to run out and do the garbage, take the dog out, etc.

I discovered Crocs back then, and they were a lifesaver, especially when paired with compression socks.

If I wear these Crocs slides all the time at home, keep using orthotics in all my shoes, and do stretching/foot-rolling on a lacrosse ball, I have virtually no pain at all even when I’m running 15 miles per week.
