If you are walking on a street with pebbles there is a high probability of picking up a pebble between your foot and the sole, and the shape of the sandal means it goes right under your heel.

I have used some of the chunkier Teva designs and they can be like boats on my feet! !

If you want a barebones pair of Teva sandals, these are for you.

For context: I usually wear women’s size 12 and I later bought the same size in their original style of sandal later to compare.

I’m a 7.5 regularly with wide feet and I believe I purchased an 8!

I like that the straps are adjustable and that they’re comfortable for casual or short term wear.

In comparison to the original style of Tevas, I prefer the originals more since the additional strap makes them look better on my feet and they seem a little more comfortable.

The advertised arch support is a little exaggerated.

I was expecting more arch support than there was.

I don't like the sole texture, too bumpy.

but I wanted to wear them bear footed and they had no cushion to protect my feet against the hard plastic piece near my toes which was rubbing against my foot, so I’m sure it would had been an issue when walking long distances.

The insole has a design which felt weird at first since I’m wearing them bare footed,

I’m making a trip to the beach and I plan to do a lot of walking, so I could not decide which Sandals to buy without trying them on.

Teva had the best fit because they are wider.

Comfortable, durable and a killer value I don't give a damn about name brand sandles, I tried on the expensive ones and was willing to pay if they felt good.

Good value., I paid about 26.00 for these, another pair I got 2 years ago from a different maker, cost 64.00!

Half the price of my Columbia sandals and built more ruggedly.

I have been a big fan of Teva Hurricanes and these work just as well at a fraction of the price.

My teva hurricanes would usually last about 1.5 - 2 years and I have a solid summer on these so far with no real sign of wear.

I like them and don't really notice the difference between these and the more expensive ones.

They are comfortable and easy to adjust to your foot.

Teva Kid's Manatee Sport Sandal

This year sadly will be his last year for these favorites as he is in the largest size they make.

I ordered a 1, which is stated as a 32, and if course was too small.

My daughter did NOT like the style - wasn’t cute enough, Can’t comment on much else, I am returning it, size 2 is not available in a girly color.

She could not get over that they are kids shoes as she and I have small feet and it's hard to find nice shoes in the stores in our size.

The caption under the description of these shoes advises to get one size under your actual size, as these run big.

but they are just her foot size, and as we were off on holiday could not change for the next size up.

They just weren't for me so I returned them.

Update 2 -  I've been wearing these since May, and with the groves in the sandal trapping the dirt and sweat, that foot smell has become trapped in the sandal.

The arches are a little far back for my feet though, i wear a size 11 or 12 shoe depending, so i ordered a size 11 sandal.

The problem is, the thickness of the pad prevents the strap from being pulled all the way through the loop and tightened.

The pad hits and you can't pull it any tighter.

Another problem with the foam pads is that they'll retain foot sweat and breed bacteria.

My Teva's have never had padding under the straps where they go against your skin.

The texture traps dirt and then it mixes with your sweat and becomes a nasty black goo.

Almost feels like my feet are super wrinkled, like i was walking in wet socks and shoes all day.

I've been a Teva fan for around 25 years.

The construction of these is just as good as a Teva.

I really like the traction on the bottom, that's the other reason i switched to these, other than the price.

but they're a 5 star sandal for what i paid for them.

To begin with these Camel's are fairly comfortable.

and i'm happy, they're actually quite comfy, and sitting back down at my desk the ridged texture on the soles gives my toes something to play with lol.

They’re kind of hard to pull on and I worry that long term I might rip off the tab on the back.
