Too wide for comfortable fit
Shoe was too wide and slipped off.

but the width wasn’t the problem the thickness (depth) of the inside of the shoe was were it didn’t fit on me.

These shoes have been showing up over and over on my social media feed - no way I would pay the msrp for them,

Now I have shoes that are too long and narrow.

but I had to return because they didn’t fit my high arch foot.

The white sole was a very harsh contrast to the black “leather” upper.

Cons: the boot is really wider, maybe 1/2", than the typical wide shoe at the toe box.

The velcro panels behind the boot's heel are super stiff making that area want to remain flat and wide.

I have bought a dozen pair of shoes, slippers, slides, slip ons, socks with soles - you name it and so far only these will fit.

The bottom is not a sticky kind of sole that grabs the floor constantly.

I need shoes that fully cover my foot for winter and these certainly work well.

I can adjust the size and keep my foot warm.

It is absolutely possible to open up entirely to put on and it seems warm.

The shoe is like a jig-saw puzzle - it stays together with velcro; the tongue, heal and both sides can be turned down so you can get the proper fit.

I love they can be readjusted over the day as needed and there's enough velcro for a wide range of fits.

Just wish they had more wide sizes in stock so I didn’t have to go up half a size.

The stitching is uneven where the sole is attached and the leather is low quality to the point I wonder if it is actually a synthetic.

I can tell they will get very loose as I wear them more.

Love how versatile they are: great with casual socks, jeans and a t-shirt on the weekend or Dockers and a dress shirt for work.

Got this in US9.0 and they fit really well.

No more slip resistant than any other regular running shoe.

but will not buy another pair unless the slip issue is resolved.

however- working in a kitchen at a seniors home- these are by far not even close to being as slip resistant as the sketchers used to wearing-  even with a small amount of water.

I was genuinely excited to have a non slip shoe with a wide toe box, only to be disappointed.

For $160 a pair of shoes should do their job(be non slip) and last longer than 2 months.

Normally, I love Altra shoes.

but these leather Torins don't stretch and are uncomfortable and hot on my feet.

Fell flat on my backside first time wearing them.

The soles on these were immediately less grippy than most shoes I've worn.

Have three different types of floors (tile, laminate and vinyl) and  found same results no matter flooring type.

very soft sole, very light weight= 10.3oz for sz 12, and the standard were wide enough, no prob with slipping on wet surfaces, they fit as well as my Superior 5 for the trail.

I was excited when I found them, because I wear Altra trail runners when I hike and backpack.

I have several pairs of Altra running shoes and generally love the brand.
