And now I couldn't exchange it because the return time is done.

Unfortunately, these squeak loudly when walking on the hard floors at work so I won't be wearing them there.

Edit: Downgraded to 3 stars - after wearing these boots for a little while, I have found the heel support is a bit high and rubs on the outer side of the ankle quite a bit.
