Sadly I’ve learned Nike has discontinued this line.

I have been wearing Nike Air Zoom Structure Running shoe since Structure 5.

It's great for anyone who needs more stability and help with pronation.

This shoe has good arch support for runners that over pronate (has flat feet).

I have a slight over pronation on my right foot - the structure of this particular shoe suits me.

The 22 still fits my foot like they were specially made just for me and the cushion is still very nice.

Finding these was a brilliant piece of luck as they are the same model as my old ones and fit perfectly.

I have a very high arch and insole, so the part of the clogs that go across the top of my feet would start to get too tight and almost cut off circulation to my feet.

These shoes have wonderful strong arch support & would likely provide support for Overpronation.

but nether does my back - maybe due to the arch support.. $$ well spent

The arch support and cushioning makes them superior to other sneakers, in my opinion.

They have great arch support, the part around the ankles and top of the foot is a nice stretchy material, they breathe very well, I can feel the cushion on the bottom of my feet as I walk and it almost feels like they have springs under them, and they don’t collect sweat and odor!!

I have worn Dansko shoes for over 30 years long before they offered anything other then clogs, love my tennis shoes great support & super comfortable.

but I absolutely love my Dansko clogs which are somehow comfortable even without cushioning, so I gave these a try.

They really changed my life no more foot pain love the high arch as I have flat feet.

My feet do not burn or go numb, I’m not having to soak my feet and massage them after each shift, and my legs don’t hurt either.

I have naropathy from chemo & they have helped with my feet not being sore!

Too tight in the toes in every size
Just tried these on in-stores and was compelled to write a review: I usually wear an 8.5 (39.5) or 8.5W.

It's just too tight from the outside seam to the instep, so there's no room to wiggle your toes unless your toes are really really small, diameter-wise.

But when I tried on 9.5 they were floppy on the heel so obviously too long.

I’m extremely happy with these.

The unexpected bonus is, they correct the pronation of my left foot, so my knee doesn’t begin to ache.

Really a wide wide and the arch support is there, very important to me.

Fit well, I have wide feet.I can wear a thing sock.To do erands.Arch suppo is good, I have high arch.Not easy to find a tennis with arch support.

I do find Vionic shoes very hit and miss, and unfortunately theses were a miss, very small sizing, I couldn’t even get one on my foot, returned.

Edit: I think I've figured out the problem with the tightness. This shoe was not actually designed for a woman's foot (narrow heel, wider toe-box.)

I have been buying and wearing Vionic shoes for many years and have NEVER had this problem.

For some reason, this pair feels longer and is a little loose on my feet.

Need no breaking in n i have inwards pronation, it is comfortable  arch support is good.

The Vionic orthotic arch support is great to relieve pronation.

Good support to stand in all day
I overpronate while standing all day at work and these do help.

They also have great arch support and save me from knee pain and hip pain.

They are extremely comfortable and supportive. They have no external decoration (good!)
