I could not add an insole or thicker socks to fill the shoe to be able to wear so they were sent back.

CONS: felt unevenness inside at ball of foot (gel insert solved that), feet smelled after 3 wears (my feet don’t usually smell with shoes), after 3 wears shoes look more beat up and plastic exterior is scuffed easily, not for everyday use, ankle soreness after wearing all day.

I so wanted to have these Grand Attack Hiking Boots Men Waterproof as they are very similar to several styles of the Adidas Terrex tennis shoes which fit my feet well and usually hold up good. I wanted something "waterproof."

The shoes have very generous toe box and are very light to wear.

The only problem and a major one is that shoes are not durable, they start to come apart after less than two months of wear (maybe 150 miles).
