Thank God mud is good for your skin cause it was every where, including on my socks, which went inside my boots.

However I had to go a size up and wear a welly boot sock to make them fit as the size down was too small.

Just need thicker socks as an 8 would be too small.

Good news was that I left my muddy boots in a buggy at work and a MAN stole them as they somehow fit his itty bitty "man" feet.

I still give them a high rating as they are a good quality safety  boot, and I don't know any make of wellie boots that last more then a couple of winters everyday wear!

but I prefer them that way so I can wear a thicker sock if I need they keep your feet totally dry they are so well insulated that your feet stay warm.

They have a thick sole and high off the ground so your feet are totally off the ground and that's the reason why your feet stay really warm.

The boots are comfortable and I have worn them for a full day a few times already and really didn't notice a difference from my daily boots.

However they fit large, wish they had half sizes.

But the foot seems to be intentionally about a size too large, let alone is extremely wide without any actual indication in the description it's wide.

It's all the more ridiculous considering they don't do half sizes.

but I'm fearful that that also might be too big of a gap and wind up being too small on the feet.

Again, make these in half sizes so that we actually could figure out what size we need if you're not actually going to make them according to their stated size.

Returning and reordering a size down, hoping for the best.

It was very heavy, like a steel toed work boot and huge for a size 9 like a work boot.

The leather uppers are not waterproof, and not all that warm.

The leather uppers will need to be waterproofed, as they got all wet from the snow.

If I wanted boots that soak up water and aren't that warm, I could have spent thirty bucks somewhere and got the same result.

Seems like they perhaps built in extra room to wear 3 pairs of socks (not that you need them).

I ordered a 9 thinking I'm getting a 9 and it instead wears like a 10.

So if the boot's too big you end up shifting around inside the liner and wearing it down.

It was 13 degrees, I was wearing some alpaca wool socks, I was out shoveling for about 90 minutes, being active, and my toes still got cold.

They give me a great sense of foot protection and am not concerned with them keeping my feet warm.

13 degrees isn't that cold, and my feet never get cold in the pair of Columbia Omni-shield snow boots that I have.

This is a standard snow boot with no frills. Perfect!

although it wasn't the style I was after, it's a nice boot.

but these were way too tight even with the side zip to get on and off ended up returning.

Not heavy on insulation so not a cold weather boot.

I am able to tuck the pant leg into the boot and still zip it up as well!

I also like that they have real treads on the boots instead of thin rubber.

The boots are very tall also to protect from any lunging critters.

but I feel pretty confident that even a medium to large rattlesnake or cottonmouth would not be able to penetrate these boots.

This is the most comfortable pair of snake boots I have ever put on my feet.

They are very comfortable to wear all day and definitely waterproof.

They feel very high-quality, they fit perfectly, and they are very thick and durable.

but capable winter boot for Montreal winter when it really hits but I don't want the bulk of the heavier "moon boot" or Sorel Caribou boots.

These will be my go-to boot for urban excursions in snow/ice conditions or light use outside the cabin in winter.

Recieved man size instead of women so they were way to big .

I am returning them for a size 7.   if a size 6 was an option, I'd get THAT!!!

If we're supposed to order smaller than our normal shoe size I didn't read that anywhere in the description.

but when you wear a size nine shoe and buy a size nine boots you think you can wear them with just socks,  Not only did my shoes fit in the boots but they were a little bigger than my shoes so they slipped around alot.
