This is the 2nd pair I’ve purchased for work.

Most durable boot iv ever worn and will likly buy the same boots when they finally deside to fall apart which i dont see happening for atleast another couple year by the way they have handled to the wear and tear so far.

Steel toe is mostly unnoticed, boots overall are great, great fit and easy lace up.

Water resistance and warmth
This is a very good damn boot, real steel toe weather and water proof, I’m looking to buy another pair, if I can make one suggestion go from a 6 inch to a 12 inch from ankle up for deep snow water and ice great boot along with heavy duty thick socks your feet will never feel cold weather.

For my feet their pro line with the “endurance” soles suit me best over all others I’ve tried (and I’ve spent a great deal more on others that were inferior in comfort) The best recommendation I can make is that any boot you purchase is given a fair trial, and then swift execution if necessary (pun intended for those without humor).

These feel like an 11 wide and a bit boxy.

but these seem just a tad bigger in the width.

These wides were $60 when I bought on amazon, the regular width is $145?!

The full leather exterior and high collar of this boot do not allow much breathability for your feet which means your feet will sweat.

I will say that this is definitely a colder weather boot as its breathability is lacking and if the temp breaks into the 90s your feet will sweat.

If its in the 80s and you are active they will sweat.

I do a fair amount of hiking, not sure what I was thinking when I bought these besides "cheap!".


The reason they're somewhat large is because I ordered them a half size big.

Reason is the lace loops seem very cheap, laces don't slide through them at all, making lacing them up tightly impossible.

Shouldn't be a problem with the rugged soles on these boots which will offer more protection from rocks, while still flexible enough for my feet to bend naturally with each step.

however, it is properly broken in and the leather flexes, providing sturdy, yet comfortable protection for my feet.

however state that they are well constructed, and they are a solid boot.

Sturdy and Comfy
These are great work boots for outside work.

I’ve only worn it a few times for volunteer trail building work on uneven, loose and semi rocky terrain.

The soles are thick and sturdy, I put them on and I was instantly about a half inch taller.

The overall construction and materials is solid,

The tread still has a solid amount of life in it and it still retains its waterproof qualities.


These boots are typical Rocky quality, well built.

The height of these boots is also one of the reasons I chose them.

A fall like that can easily be fatal, so I really appreciate the support these boots give to my ankles.I have yet to wear these out on the trails,

The boot seems well constructed, and as stated plainly in the Q&A section they are on the heavy side.

However, based on the overall condition that these boots have maintained throughout the various terrains I still really like them.

Thank God mud is good for your skin cause it was every where, including on my socks, which went inside my boots.

However I had to go a size up and wear a welly boot sock to make them fit as the size down was too small.

Just need thicker socks as an 8 would be too small.

My feet is dry and warm

Boots kept my feet warm and dry and protected from heavy equipment falling.

but very warm during the winter months in the North.

but I prefer them that way so I can wear a thicker sock if I need they keep your feet totally dry they are so well insulated that your feet stay warm.

They have a thick sole and high off the ground so your feet are totally off the ground and that's the reason why your feet stay really warm.

However, a shoe that is size 10 (rather than 15 or 16) would be lighter.

but I notice that there are a number of reviews by people in the UK saying that they seem to run a size off.

but the more I walked in them the worse they hurt my feet and walmart wouldn't let me return them supposedly because of covid and they're categorized as clothing; so this time I got these boots in size 15 (they don't seem to have wide sizes) and I haven't gone on any long walks in them, but they seem to fit well enough so far update: they still fit and I'd buy them again if something happened to them (assuming I had any money).

I've own several different pairs of Ariat boots so far they are the most comfortable out of the box that have owned in my over 40 years of buying boots.

Great Boot
This had been my go to work boot for 3 years.

I wear these boots everyday day and never feel tired at the end of the day.

Boots are all around a great fit and comfort is a big plus.
