Too narrow
From other reviewers, I anticipated the shoe being narrow in width so I ordered one half size larger from 10 1/2 to 11.

The shoe was still too narrow, which is disappointing for me because I wanted to wear them.

So, Danner knows the shoe is manufactured too narrow

The inside near top lace can pinch a bit with thin socks

So water resistant and warm are good qualities to walk dog in grass and such.

Great trail shoe
I've worn this show about 20 trail hikes and they have felt and performed great.

These shoes were immediately comfortable out of the box and I use hard foot orthotics.

The toe box is very comfortable and there is no foot slippage in the shoe while walking up or down dirt/rocky trails.

Still like them and I'm sure when it gets really cold I'll appreciate they are warm.

Comfortable, good support with Gore-Tex protection.

This day hiker is tremendous on the trail!
