My only quibble is that they can be a little slippery on steel manhole covers after the rain,

but I'm impressed by the weight, comfort and quality of these shoes.

The weight is light, which is unusual for trail shoes.

I like how they're a good crossover shoe you can use on the trail and also on pavement.

but otherwise, they're a great hybrid shoe for both trail and road running.

Great choice, especially since I believe the 7's are better than the 8's (according to some online reviews).

UPDATE: I've run about 20 miles with these shoes, on a variety of terrain, and they're good.

The toe box of these shoes is nice and wide, like Altra shoes.

The snugness gave me blister on the back of my right heel after walking a mile.

Not wide enough, rubs heel raw :(
I have been buying and returning vivos for weeks, wanting them to work out so badly.

but were tight around the widest part of my foot and gave me blisters within a couple minutes of wearing them at the heel.

but the heel of the shoe is made in such a way that blisters are inevitable.

The third pair was irregular and the left shoe rubbed on my heel.

Horrible company
I purchased these shoes and I got blisters so I returned them.

I ended up returning them to get a smaller size.


These shoes did not fit and failed to live up to reputation as they were too small (width) I have sent them back.

The first two pair were the wrong size(my fault).

Beautiful quality and they feel wonderful.

The stretch knit is the key to a custom fit. Amazing!

I have been battling tendentious and these shoes feel so comfortable.
