My only problem with them is that the soles are a bit too soft for me, and it makes walking in them slightly difficult.

but should have gone for a 10 really, also my feet almost seem to slide off them as I walk so the inside of my heel isn’t supported

My only complaint is that they make a little bit of a rubbing noise while walking,

My one complaint is that they are a little shorter than my O'Neill's despite being the same size 9.

Had to return the size 10 and get a size 11 UK which now fits properly, so I suggest again as one of the previous reviews to order a size bigger.

Most of the feedback were they were too small.

These are narrow and need time to stretch out.

I think the sandals needs to be washed with soap first, tho, as it feels like there was a lot of manufacturing release agent or oils left over and made it pretty slippery.

The Reef cushion is excellent nice & bouncy.


I took the chance and ordered 1 size up, Glad I did as didn't realise Reef are smaller fitting, size 9 arrived instead of usual size 8 and they fit amazingly, so comfortable and cushioned not taken them off since.

The fit is very good, and the flip-flops are well made.

These have excellent grip on the bottom, not slick and suicidal like some flip flops.

For the flip-flops itself, I am originally from Fiji and lived in Fiji for over 25yrs and grew wearing flip-flops all my life, I can say that this is one of the best flip-flops and it is comfortable and the my feet feels relaxed when on them.

I had forgotten how much I hated wearing shoes and just how awesome it was to wear flip-flops year-round!

it also doesn't have that annoying arch support thingy that many other flip-flops have.

I think the color issue was the lighting they used taking the pictures, all 3 of the pics for the color I ordered are the same and the light shines right on the fake leather strap creating an almost shinny grayish tint.

I ordered these flops in a size 9 and my heel was slightly over the back.

If I had an opportunity to re-order, I’d order a size up.

I deducted one star for the size running a bit small.

I find their sizes tend to be a 1/2 size to small, so I purchase a little larger (I have a 10 1/2 size foot, so I get the size 11 instead versus getting the size 10) and get the wider version also.

These are the BEST MADE most comfortable sandals I've ever owned period.

My favorite and comfortable sandals
I love Rainbow sandals, more specifically the East Cape rubber sandal.

These rainbows fit great, very comfortable, durable and only takes a day to break in.

but in Arizona, I'm afforded more time to wear them without getting cold, and although the old ones look bad, they're still comfortable.

The reef sandal is very comfortable and my first time buying because my son had a pair and he liked them so I tried it out and I am believer

Other than that they are durable and comfortable and look nice.

They are wear-all-the-time & walk-for-miles comfy.

but not so rough that it creates blisters on softened soles (like my Chacos :( ) They're snug enough that I can be sure of my footing hopping from rock to rock across the beach.

It is also very comfortable .I would recommend for women with big feet.

I have loved these Reefs and bought them several times over the last 9+ years.

They do run small, I normally wear an 11 shoe and like the ones I got 2012 I got 13's.

However, I will say that they do need to be worn in a little as the first few times wearing them and going for long walks did cause me to get a blister only on one foot.
