Poor product with worse customer service
Previously happy with my Merrell Moab2 waterproof boots, i thought i would order a new pair for the coming fall (waterproof ones).

There was no way on earth somebody didn’t know these were like this.. i immediately contacted customer service (not even five minutes after receiving the item), and they gave me a ration of bs.. wanting pictures.

though they knew via the tracking that i had just gotten them.. worst customer service on God’s green earth.

The quality and customer service is.. bar none… the worst i’ve ever seen.

but I returned these because they seemed to keep slipping off my heel (the flip flop effect), and that's a bothersome sensation to go through the day with.

I bought these to replace a pair that I purchased from LL Bean a couple years ago  They are exactly the same and fit perfectly.

The shoe fit his wide foot and is well constructed with leather.
