I got an XL for my daughter who wears a women's size 11 shoe.

Although the recommendation was a medium for my foot size, a 9 1/2 … and I am a slender person (with narrow feet) these were extremely tight and had to be returned.

I returned the Medium and kept the Large.

but they are very narrow, I could not widen/spread my toes easily.

We are on a farm in Northern Canada and I love the rubber aspect that they keep the kids feet dry and warm and can be used in the barn and for playing in the snow!
