Rocky boots (and in this case shoes) are incredibly consistent in quality, fit and comfort.

but these slip stop 911 offer a Rocky dress shoe without the aggressive tread.

The thing about Rocky is that once you find your fit, they all fit perfectly no matter what style.

I know my size in Rocky shoes and they arrived fitting my feet perfect.

I have Rocky hunting boots and they work great and this is the first work shoes that I have worn from Rocky and I like them a lot.

Great work shoes
I have been ordering these work shoes for my husband for years.

Ordered these for working at the Fire station, I have worn Rocky's for years and these shoes are exactly as I expected them to be, They are indeed nonslip and are actually very comfortable for a work shoe.

The ratchet straps is ridiculously long, and I have high arches!

I had to cut the ends off the straps because they hung down so far they were catching on things. 5.

but either the material stretched or my foot "broke the shoe in", because I can ratchet to the end of the strap and then the release won't release!

I have had to force my shoe off with the ratchet strap jammed in the tightest position.

slippery

Without cleats, they slip off the pedals in a very dangerous way!

These slip off the pedals and can lead to you either gashing your leg on the pedal, or losing balance when cycling.

This made the shoe on the inside of my second big toe joint rub on my cranks when I pedaled.

The inside of the tongue of the shoe towards the front is odd shaped and flimsy, it often folds over when I insert my foot and then I have to take the shoe off and putz with it to get it right. 4.

This is my 4th pair of mountain biking shoes and I've never had this problem before with the same bikes. 2.

I ride rocky desert trails and the soles have held up really well.

I paid over six times as much for my previous pair of Specialized shoes and these shoes are every bit as comfortable and durable as those were.

On the plus side, the shoe does fit well and is comfortable to wear, after a lot of screwing around.

I wear an 11 usually and found that the 11.5 fits great.

The tongue is moving too much, because it is only attached at the very bottom.

Update: 1yr + Soles have separated on the inside of the foot on both shoes.

but would not buy again *General comfort-average *No loop for laces to keep tounge in place, after a couple months this happens daily (see picture) *you can feel the base of the safety toe with your big toe after a while.

However, after wearing for a while I started to notice I could feel the bottom of the toe cap under my big toe.

His only complaint was the younge of the shoe is not attached and slides all over when walking or moving no matter how tight he ties them.

I am presuming it's a defect of this particular pair, as I do a lot of walking around a research facility for work--not remotely hazardous.

I wore them a few times they are super slippery.

Waterproof, good traction, flexible enough for running
Feet stayed dry and only slipped once (on a very smooth wet rock) while running in the rain on rocky trails
