Rubber sole is grippy and supports the whole foot when climbing antenna towers. Comfortable.

I mean REALLY Comfortable Waterproof is great!

They fit comfortably and are not real heavy.

The sole was much stiffer than the Rangers and also much less grip.

My only problem is that the sole of these boots starts to split usually after about 6 months.

I use a boot dryer every night , I'm a very clean person and these boots absolutely reek of a funky smell.

I am a farmer, and have been a loyal purchaser of Rocky boots for many years now.

I purchased these boots 1 year ago and they are now my favorite boots I’ve ever purchased.

I have boots by redwing that have been discontinued the (1205) and still smell like brand new.

These boots are by far the best I've owned yet.

i would absolutely recommend these boots.

The boot stays fitted to me, as to spreading out when the boot is bent.

I'm happy I came across them while looking for boots.

They are the most comfortable and well constructed boot.

I am constantly in and out of water, above and underground and so I needed something that was going to be reliable and these did the job.

These are insulated, waterproof, and have a protective toe that are vital to my job.

They are extremely comfortable and are still waterproof a year later.

However, they are very comfortable, sturdy and look great.

It was painful for about a week and a half, especially on the ankles.

While the half size too big will not force me to send them back, a 10.5 would have fit me much better In regards to the boot, I’ve only had them a week so long term durability is still up in the air.

Unfortunately, these fit quite long for an 11, more like a 12 for length, and narrow for a 'wide' size.

Also unfortunate, Amazon does not carry a 10 wide for me to exchange (I would bet the leather would stretch to accommodate width).

The insoles also have a hard arch support material and may need to be replaced if you have flatter feet.

My size 10.5 med wide was exactly true to fit.

That said, these boots are excellent quality (fit, finish and feel).

The product was defective or looked as if it was used and it wont allow me to return the product.

They've also become one of my favorite Bush country hiking books and probably put in a 100 some miles hiking rocky and wooded terrain.

I've owned red-wings, Arians, timbs, Irish setters, you name it.

But with a good insole they are very comfortable and I can easily work all day them.
