They did not look like the product shown in the picture also they did not fit tight too loose and no waý to adjust them

I probably wouldn't recommend getting them super wet just because the strap material feels like maybe it wouldn't last as long if they had been wet/dried out.

even though I wish they were a little more secure, sizing down may have been too tight.

My feet are more on the narrow side and the strap around my toes have some room, so that I can fit a few of my fingers in there as well.

They are more comfortable than I expected and the straps have a little bit of stretch and have held up well.
