One of the squeakers fell out after the second wear,

The squeakers did come out after only a few wears,

but I feel like the whistle should have been on the outside of the shoe so the little one can't pick the whistle out of the hole.

Also, as the child is walking around and jumping the whistle also works it way out of the hole it's in and if you push the whistle further into the hole you can feel it like a rock inside the thin sole of the shoe.
