Sole comfort is a little thinner than I need and I would not send them back because they are Keens.

These sandals have many of the common flaws engineered into modern footwear (or purposefully left alone) by companies who want to force customers into repeat purchases; the traction pads on the bottom sole surfaces are aligned in a way that promotes cracking / splitting along the ball of the foot (where the sandal bends the most during walking), the foam footbed is super cheap to the point of one’s toenails being able to dig into and rip it rather quickly, and the material going up the sides of the straps is cheap and low density.

They were classified as very good condition with scratches on sides and bottom, not in original box for $ 35 (half the cheapest price I had found).

Really liked my closed toe keen sandals because they were sturdy, well made and comfortable.

I checked them closely for scratched and could find none, looked perfect to me and like other Keen sandals seem sturdy, comfortable and well made.

Overall I'm happy with them, and for someone who lives in sandals most of the year (even with snow on the ground) I'm not disappointed in my purchase.
