but it does not fit all shapes of shoes and can be uncomfortable.

My only problem was that the inserts shifted a bit while I was wearing them and could become uncomfortable and/or stop taking up enough space in the toe of the shoe to keep making them fit if they were not situated correctly.

Once you push the foot further back into a shoe, the arch of the foot no longer sits in the arch of the shoe, which just makes the entire experience uncomfortable for the toes, the arches, and for walking.

Some people have commented that they're uncomfortable.

If your nails are a tad long, these will definitely cause some discomfort

If anything, I recommend you make sure your nails are trimmed before you walk around with these sponges in your shoes.

I wouldn't walk around all day with these in my shoes
