I want to preface this review by saying I've had multiple surgeries on my left ankle and foot and my right foot is a bit wider than the left.

Unfortunately, they do not come in wide width.

I love Saucony because they do not need to be broke in as some shoes need.

On to the review: I have been wearing Saucony since after my first surgery and love the support they offer.

These shoes have a more durable sole and they were comfortable after my first couple miles in them.

The inside are very soft and comfortable.

Comfortable Shoes
These are very supportive and comfortable as expected from Saucony.

I found a pair around $80 and rounded a half size up and WOW they are absolutely amazing, they are so comfortable, I don’t even wear the other work shoes I have to work anymore.

As with the other pair, I was surprised that there is little -- if any-- padding inside on the sole of the shoe.

Also, I quickly learned that the raised "cleats" on the bottom of the sole are deep and have sharp edges, which makes these a bit dangerous to wear while walking on carpet or throw rugs in the house until you get used to them.

I did add a separate insole because the one it comes with is pretty thin & flat & I felt like I could feel the individual treads through it.

Now I'll have to put in some inserts to try to make them a bit more snug.

With a Dr. Scholl's insert with arch support these are fantastic & comfortable for hours.

They are much more comfortable than I was expecting.

but the fit is so amazing I really don't care, I only speak a language of Comfortable.

For one, the other pair are very comfortable and have been from the first time I put them on.

but I wore them walking all aroumd Walmart last night, and I believe they will be extremely comfortable for what I need.

Also if you tie your laces too tight you will feel it around your ankles.

The only other issue I have is the shoe laces they come with.

They don't stay tied while you are running and this is true for every pair of Gdefys I have every bought so I change the shoe laces from the beginning.

You would think a pair of shoes costing $120 would come with a better pair of laces.

Probably should order half size larger on these.

however, i think runs slightly small in the length.

I sadly had to return the bigger size as well.

The material that holds the ankles in place is very rigid and hard so while you can adjust the size of the shoe by adding or removing the inner soles, the ankle area will either be too tight or too loose and will make your ankles soar.

but at 6 months the hole on the heel is just starting to appear.

Every gravity defyer shoe I have had (and I've had many) has worn out in exactly the same spot--both left and right shoe--in the heel.

My heel is very sore and the shoe, while very supportive, it did not have enough cushion in the heel.

I just today am returning the 2nd pair, so i'm hoping it goes as smoothly as the first pair.

Saucony on the other hand are great shoes and half the price I paid for Gdefy.

I always liked the foot/arch support feature of Gdefy shoes.

Having said that, I haven't found a shoe with better foot and arch support and cushioning (nothing like the sticky memory foam).

Very comfortable and highly recommend to help your feet feel better.

The fit is good and they seem to reduce the pain in my back/joints/neck. I am 70 years old and use these just for walking around (not running/jogging/working out.)

Update - one of the shoes developed a hole inside by the heel.

Now i need to cover the hole with a band-aid just so I don't get a blister.

Comfortable
These hiking shoes from Saucony are pretty comfortable on my sensitive feet and fairly light.

I also found the arch support to be just right.
