My feet are on the narrow side (B) with narrow heel width.

From wearing them with regular athletic socks, rather than heavy ones on a cold day, I can say with confidence, (and disappointment), that they're way, WAY too small in the toe box.

The tongue on this shoe does not slide from side to side which is a huge plus for me.

but I find it to be slippery on soil / dirt paths.

9 1/2 wide perfect always I am a Saucony fan, never dissapointed with their quality and support.

Love these shoes been running in Saucony for years!

They are super comfortable and I am able to place my Powerstep high arch supports in place of their insoles as they are removable.

but I bought runner shoes just because they are comfortable for fast walking and or doing exercises.

I have another pair I wear to work (nursing) and they are incredibly comfortable.

It is comfortable for runs on paved footpaths,

The level of comfort is insane - they are without a doubt the most comfortable and snug shoe I've ever worn.

If you're looking for a comfortable durable and reliable shoe to support your narrow feet for hours of walking or standing, I highly recommend.

running shoe

I spent a lot of time doing my homework looking at many running shoes on line until I found these.

I usually use retired running shoes, (both Ghost & Ride) as my walking-the-dog shoes,

These are my favorite road running shoes.

Since wearing them to work (and switching out my running shoes), my pains have completely resolved and they have held up incredibly well for the past 6 months.

BUT, the heel support is solid, so bye bye compression socks!

There is good arch support and cushioning, the shoe itself is sturdy

I can lunge without my foot sliding around and do various other workouts with solid support around my feet.
