It is a shame because if they would’ve just made the Velcro strap longer or more adjustable then they could absolutely work for wide feet.

With the strap so short, it either cuts off their circulation or it just simply doesn’t reach far enough to velcro closed.

The only thing starting to have some look of wear are the flowers on the strap.


The shoe is made very narrow and as previous readers says the strap comes undone alot

Insoles coming apart
My girls have worn these shoes 2-3 times since I purchased them a few weeks ago.

The insole is coming up on the inside of the shoe and looks as if they’re an older pair of their Keds.

***Suggestion- If you are wanting to get toddler Keds in a wide size, the leather lace up Keds do work great in the wide width!

The leather is thicker, the sole is nicely stitched (not sperrys…) and my son said they’re really comfortable.

When I happened to look at the label on the shoe box, the European size was 41, which happens to be what I wear in Euro sizing, equivalent to a 10.5. Knowing this I took the chance on these shoes, after initially trying on the 11 and having them be too long (one of my feet is actually a 10 so it's a bigger problem than just a half size.)

but again choices are more limited when you have a weird and seeminly invisible size in US shoes.

The (genuine) leather is soft and the insole is nice and cushy.

The padding in these shoes makes them comfortable with no breaking in period.

I recently purchased a different style of shoe by Naturalizer and ordered the 10 wide, which fit surprisingly well.

Long story short (no pun intended) they fit pretty well.

So I'm just as happy to have something that actually fits.
