I would definitely recommend this to anyone that just needs a nice walking shoe or something to wear in the gym, especially when doing squats.

This shoe is worth buying for those who would like a regular shoe to walk around or exercise with, be careful of how much force your feet take in a given direction, because these shoes are very flexible.

When they started to wear down, I could feel it in my calves, and lower legs so I knew it was time for new jogging shoes.

I went jogging in these twice and the second time was too much.

I decided to give it a second try to really see if it were the shoes or just me and it felt like just a thin layer between me and the street and I ended up hurting my calf/lower leg, causing me to have to stop jogging for a few days.

The quality of materials of the outsole is terrible.

I've had these for a month and sadly the left sole is starting to separate at the arch.

I used these to replace the thorogoods I had been wearing for two years, but am replacing them after three months of walking around a hospital facility all day.

but the dole isnt solid rubber there is a foam layer about two millimeters under the sole finish and they do not retain slip resistance a well.

One word of warning for those who live in tropical climates  where high heat and humidity is ever present, the rubber sole tends to deteriorate very quickly.

Left mine in the box for a couple years and when I tried to used them the soles literally  fell apart.

Wear them for only a few miles and it starts wearing out super quick losing its traction and pealing off of rubber.
