I don’t know what accounts for the disparity of experience with sizing- except that the fixed lacing may decease adjustability.

I’m taking off one star solely due to the reports of others that suggest sizing is inconsistent.

The shoe labels only showed European sizing and these were tagged as a 46 which equivalent to a US 12.

The frustration is the label on the package clearly said 10.5/46 so I'm not sure there is a resolution to the sizing issue.

I ordered a men's size 9.5 for myself because I wear a size 10.5-11 Wide in womens shoes and mens shoes are generally wider than womens.

I'm honestly surprised as to how comfortable they are, and they're slip on which I love.

Velcro is no longer attached to the fabric and strap is fraying.

As a Flight Attendant I do a great deal of walking throughout the day (planes, airports) and these pumps are ideal - they are both perfect in heel height and my feet are never tired at the end of the day (a plus when you average 12,000 - 18,000 steps a day).

I have a corn n bunnoun in my foot, been unable to wear heels, and with stretching (wearing several times) this shoe works!

This is a great shoe, it fits my feet perfectly - no flip flopping heel, no pressure on my toes.

I used my last pair of the Cole Haan Grand Venetians daily.

These are a perfect partner for jeans and give you a professional, grown up option that is less stuffy than dress shoes and more polished/classy than a sneaker.
