Based purely on looks, they seem like nice enough inexpensive sneakers, about what you'd expect of a budget brand at the 30-dollar price point at a mass-market retailer (though since it's not uncommon to find $65 sneakers on sale for $30, it's hard to compare apples to apples based on price).

They have elastic laces that stretch instead of tying, and a velcro top, so they're very quick to get in and out of.

After just three months of wearing them at my 40 hr warehouse job, both the left and right shoe have split where the sole meets the upper material.

Yellow on the soles is a lot more subtle then in the pictures.

I have a narrow foot yet the toe box is barely big enough with thin socks.

If the toe box were wide enough for a regular foot, I'd have rated it 5 stars,

They do run at least a size small, so keep that in mind.

but ordering up another 1/2 size would have made the length too long for walking.

I would definitely recommend these boots to anyone.

Both of my Sorel boots are the best boots I have ever had.

They are are light, comfortable and warm.

While I haven't been out in the cold all day, I have worn them to go shopping and run errands in this arctic cold weather we are getting in Ohio and they are very warm.

They are also very comfortable and of course waterproof.
