I personally like that the sole of the heel does not protrude beyond the upper as that tends go make me catch my heel when going down stairs.

God I'm stupid I own three pairs of puma and I know they run small I war a 9 1/2 .

The feeling to the touch
The cushion is just soft to my feet and not rough, the pad is thick

The boots fit perfectly and are very comfortable to the extent where I feel like I’m levitating.

The boots fit great, comfortable when I walk and they grip the floor really well if i have to move stuff at work.

I am glad I listened to the reviews to get the wide show, it does run narrow for New Balance, just a little tight, hoping they will loosen up with time.

Not as good as other NB
I have been a loyal New Balance wearer for years.

They are much narrower and much less cushioned than other NB I've worn, not just the 574.

My first dog walk with these was overall an unpleasant experience.

Only thing is the shoelaces for some reason easily loosen when walking.
