It because enough of an issue, I stopped wearing them.

The rest of the shoe does not seem to fit wide (admittedly I have not really worn wides before).

I tried my usual Saucony and NB  size, 10.5, in store and did not notice the claustrophobic toe box.

Incredibly comfortable and stylish sneakers
I'm not gonna lie, I love these shoes.

Comfortable
If you are on your feet a lot and need an unbelievable comfortable sneaker than these are for you.

I have over 65 different pairs of sneakers and these are by far the best pair in my collection.

Love the quality, the comfort level, and the breathability of the sneaker.

Great sneaker for your money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for a new sneaker.

For my wide feet they work great and don't have weird pressure points or pinch points in the foot bed or upper which is honestly hard to find in a lot of trail runners, New Balance is just the best option if your whole foot is wide and flat.

For trail running I'm using Fresh Foam X Trail More v3's which are wonderful and even more cushioned.

Hierro V7 are my new favorites and I have tried numerous Adidas, Saucony, Merrill, North Face, and Scarpa trail runners and hikers the last few months.

These Hierros do not feel tall to me—great height/stack/drop that reminds me of my fave NB trail runners from 20 years ago.

These shoes are excellent, especially at a discount price, the Fresh Foam X midsole is extremely comfortable, even for someone that's heavier with no bottoming out.

The are comfortable and breathable with very good cushioning.

The outsole is extremely grippy and honestly a true step above every other rubber compound I've ever used, Megagrip is legit stuff.

They are pretty snug even though they are the size I have always purchased. I can wear them

I wear these to run agility with my dog and my toes hurt after a couple of runs.

Less than 2hrs wear and the entire front of r sole is coming off.. contacted seller and instead of allowing an exchange I was instructed to go on Sauconys site …didn’t even provide site had to go find it myself!

I would actually buy and half size or whole size bigger


I ordered my size and they are too small.

My pinky toe often feels wedged by this one part of the design and frequently causes pain.

I realized they need insoles after a bit of walking, which is disappointing becoz for the price point I expected better.

These sneakers are comfortable and fit perfectly.

First run this morning in this shoe--it is roomy in the forefoot and toe box and lighter than the Altras I usually run in.

Salomon Men's Sense Ride 4 Running Shoes Trail

The biggest issue I have is the sole insert feels “bumpy”.

It took me a few months (yes I’ve kept them and continued to wear them for 3 months) to figure out that the material that connects the tongue to the shoe was getting under the insert somehow.

When I opened the box, the shoes were CLEARLY a return with the tag cut off and scuff marks on the sides and bottom.

Sand get into the insoles and will never all clean out.

But I was able to find a pair in my size and they just weren’t comfortable.

They're not coming off your feet unless you're a size 10 who HAS TO buy a 12 for some reason.

I normally buy Nike running shoes but after some of their latest PR stunts I just can’t support the company anymore.

but their running shoes just aren’t my favorite.

though I will not be ordering running shoes from this company again for myself.

but the running shoes are just too uncomfortable for me to try them again.

I have found that they are great for trail running,

The issue holding me back from a 5th star is that the foot bed doesn’t provide a secure feeling on more technical trails.

It feels like I am sliding over the side or front of the sole when on steel or really rough terrain.
