I have very high arches, slightly narrow heels and Topos are the only shoe that I do NOT have to purchase insoles for.

but doesn't make my feet sweat (full disclosure: I only use this boot in the colder months).

but needed a wide toe box for some issues of toes rubbing (plus a fractured second toe from a fall) so have to now wear a spacer.

First wear was 10.5 miles through crazy varied Ohio terrain.

But I would waterproof them before wearing them.

With the wide toe box I can easily wear two pairs of socks, plus toe warmers (on the tops AND bottoms of my socks) and still have enough room for my toes.

The toe box is wide enough to allow toes to spread comfortably without feeling clumsy.

I did buy a 1/2 size larger to accommodate a heavier sock and they are perfect.

The toe box is roomy and comfortable, and it’s a great boot for hiking and slogging through swampy areas, keeping feet nice and dry.

Faux fur at the cuffs is starting to look a bit worn in (still looks presentable and good though), and the seams are tight and as waterproof as ever.

When breaking in a new pair of boots I wear them mostly untied and loose at the top, and over time tie them more over time as the material becomes flexible.

but it was loose enough that it would've caused chafing issues with any walking activity longer than fetching the mail or putzing around the property.

My knees feel wobbly and painful esp if walking on an uneven surface.

The hammer toes on my left foot have even started to relax and flatten more.

My only issue is that the ankle elastic is a bit tight on me, with some wear it will probably get loose and be more comfy

Runs big I am typically a size 5.5 or 6 and ordered a 5, they run big!

I found out that they run large, so had to return and order a half size down.

I’ve used them this way on multi-mile snowshoe treks in the mountains and in temperatures as low as -40, without any discomfort (though I wouldn’t recommend just standing still for long periods in extreme cold without some extra insulation or heat source).
