Check the actual style you are buying, i have others BearPaw boots, this one is "Emma" and just very, very wide.

Half sizes definitely need to size up
I'm a 9.5, occasionally a 9 or 10 depending on the brand, sometimes a wide, and definitely have wide calves and cankles.

Those who need a wider calf for clothing or physical comfort reasons might want to explore a different brand OR perhaps the shorter option.

The only thing that bugs me about these boots is that the place in the back where the seams above the logo meet creases in fairly quickly based on the way I walk or something, which is right at the top of the back of the ankle, and for whatever reason that one spot - especially on the right boot - feels like it has no fur cushion left and it chafes a bit even through socks.

My only issues with them are that unlike UGG boots, you cannot remove the insole.

In these boots the insole doesn't come out so I guess you put up with it or buy new boots.

Don't let it discourage you if they feel a little snug at first, it's simply due to the thick and soft lining.

I wear them without socks because the lining is so soft.

These boots are very warm and comfortable.

A thick sock might be too much and also too warm for someone as the inside of boot is already insulated and warm with material they use.

Also, the shaft is still snug because of the lining, which is okay since it will compress.

I have even used these boots as “snow boots “ in the past -just navigating around small amounts of snow slush and little rain and they have held up very well.

Even the inside is soft with a cushion for the feet and guest remarked on their comfort and ease to walk around in.

The beige slippers are a nice white color.

The soles are nicely padded so very comfy to wear.

Jussy House Slippers came in a reddish-brown color and the outside has a nice fuzzy feel.

They have a soft, nubby outer, and the inside of each slipper has a soft, terrycloth-type feel.

I like that the rubber soles are anti-skid.

I had high hopes for these boots… I tried to put my insoles in them,

So then I tried them without the insoles, and the sizing is off (I’m a size 9 in women’s go I got a size 7 men’s).

They’re not comfortable walking around in them; in fact, the soles have no cushion or support, so that’s a bummer.
