Also, all these David Tate boots I tried had no real arch support or general cushion on the sole.

So if your calve width is below your knee, and your knee is narrower, there is a funny looking gap as you walk which may be problematic (boots touching in each step).

My Organmasters are size 11.5, and I've always found them to be slightly too tight,

However the fit and size are all over the place!

In general they run about 1/2 size small.

So, not giving up, I sent those back and ordered 4 more pair, 2 different sizes in 2 different widths with prime wardrobe including the exact same size I just sent back.

Bought these shoes because the shoes offered at the place we are taking our dance classes are more than twice the price of these.

However, it took 3 separate orders to get the right sizes.

So I returned those for a 13 wide, thinking that would give me enough width with the slightly longer size.

But my heel was sliding a lot due to the fact they were to long, so after going through 2 different sized shoes, I bought 2 more pairs: a 12.5 wide (again, wondering if I had just been to picky the first time, and had read a few reviews about inconsistent sizes) and a 13 M. Just tried on both.

Long story short, use your Amazon Prime Wardrobe when buying these shoes, as there seems to be no consistency in sizes.

kind of makes you wonder a bit why 2 pairs that are the "same size," and one is to small while the other is perfect.

Product was way to small and I had ordered the same size as the last pair I had.

They are a very small looking shoe on the outside, so if I had it to do over again, I would go ahead and get a full size larger.

but fairly rigid sole, with a narrow overall profile (you don't want the soles extending out to the sides) and a solid, built-up heel.

but the right, for some reason had a defect in the heel that really hurt as I moved around.

but not wide enough, and the inside of the shoe even said it was 12.5 wide.

but still feels a bit to long, and is nowhere near as tight as the first 12.5 Wide was.

but the leather is very soft, and it became comfortable very quickly.


My street shoe size is 8, this shoe is wide and fits perfectly

The first pair I ordered, I went the half size bigger and when I got them, the left felt snug and nice

but initially they were very comfortable.

The 13 M seemed to fit better than to original 13 Wide (length wise).

The sole itself is suede, which is perfect as it slides when needed

The shoes are very well made, the uppers are soft/thin leather, the soul has nice foam padding (inside the shoe), the bottom of the soul has suede for just the right amount of friction on the dance floor.

I wanted to return both pairs of shoes and they wanted me to pay over 100.00 to ship the shoes back to the Netherlands when I o my paid 119.00 for the shoe.

They market that they do returns free of charge and that’s simply not true.

The leather is soft and wrinkly patterned which is quite attractive.

Very comfortable with a slightly narrower fit than other Fly boots.

I'm always a  9.5,, this runs small if you want it, then buy 1/2 size larger
Cons: Didn't like the shoe for a number of reasons.

Biggest reason I'm returning is size & lack of comfort for me

but they're very uncomfortable at the heel.

However, after about 2 months of wearing almost everyday, the heel section has developed these hard balls that dig into my heel and hurt.

I am between 9 and 9 1/2 and I went for 9 wide and they fit just right, my toes have plenty of room.

Paid for the Sperry Gold Cup boat shoe and received the basic Sperry boat shoe.

And the basic Sperry boat shoe has a horribly cheap foam sole now.

The leather is so soft and flexible, the shoe is so comfortable I wish I could wear them all the time,

Enter the Sperry Gold Cup - lined with a padded foot bed that makes it feel like you're walking on clouds.

They give you a tiny bit more height as well, due to the additional padding.

but even the look seemed to pop a bit more (I ordered the original brown with white soles, such a handsome shoe).

This boot (that I received) is NOT true to size.

Because of the “fallen firefighter family donation combined with the look of the boot and the description of comfort, I purchased these boots as a Christmas gift for my son in 10.5 wide.

I do not, on the other hand, recommend purchasing anything from this particular seller.

Didn't last 5 months
My son was only allowed to wear these to school and had to take them off everyday for PE, got them at the end of August and they were busted open on the side where the leather connects to the sole before the end of January.

The boots I received were extremely large.

I wish I’d have known this same boot was available and also “sold by” Amazon as I’m sure this problem would have been resolved the same day.

My 1 star review reflects the seller not the boot.
