Sizes on shoes
Wished they had half sizes.

They do run a tiny bit small, so if you’re between sizes, go with the bigger one (I’m usually a 7.5 and an 8 fit perfectly).

Sizing is all wrong
I am usually a size 8-8.5 W in certain shoes and neither the 9/10 fit my foot.

Cons: -The ankle part is stiff and narrow enough to hurt if you’re wearing thin socks.

So perfect for working in a restaurant (or I guess working in the hospital…) -Cleaning them is super easy, a wet wipe does the trick.

I bought these to run with at night, and they are indeed very reflective.

MY ONLY COMPLAINT is the fit in the forefoot--- Asics, why so wide???

If they can keep the upper fit of version 2 with the foam of version 3, this would be the absolutely perfect shoe.

My only complaint with the first 2 versions was that I only got about 250 miles before the cushioning had broken down enough that I was starting to hurt, so needed to be replaced.


Best thing about this shoe is the midsole, nice bounce, trampoline effect.

Extra cushion
I opened the box yesterday and walked 3 miles.

The cushion is the best I have ever felt in an athletic shoe.

The foam in the Novablast 3's is lighter and springier than the first 2 versions, and I've already gotten 310 miles out of my first pair and they are still doing great.

They are the first shoe I have found that don’t leave me with aching back and legs after 12-16 hours shifts at a hospital.

I ran in the Novablast and Novablast 2's, which were extremely fast and comfortable.

I've worn them on and off for about 2 weeks more or less and they just don't give the same comfort as the normal Alpha 5's.

However,  that made them considerably stiffer and quite uncomfortable for me.

I ordered size 7 and they were gigantic, even with a thick sock.

Die "Salomon Alphacross 5 Gore-Tex Damen" kommen gut verpackt und einwandfrei verarbeitet hier an.

The sole gives good support so you won't slip because it latches onto wherever you're stepping with its groves.

I have multiple chronic health conditions and it was the first time I wasn't in excruciating pain in my legs and feet from standing and running around all day.

Size 5.5 fits me very well and it's great these come in half sizes.

So I originally ordered a 5.5 regular and it was way too small, could not even slide my foot in so I returned and ordered a 6 wide.

I would say they run small so order the next size up.

I was constantly purchasing houseshoes with padding or memory foam only to have them go flat after continuous use over a week or two.

These shoes come with an insert that makes your foot ride too high, making your foot seem like its coming out of the back of the shoe when you walk.

Unfortunately, I have to return because they were too tight.

The insert is great and comfy for my archless feet.

I took my insert out and now my foot doesn't feel like its coming out the back of my shoe.

I use this shoes for 3 years working as a banquet server, I use to work some days even 12 hours and these helped me so much not to have pain in my legs or feet.

Runs VERY VERY Small
I wear a size 9.5/10.

I ordered a size 10 too small and a size 10.5 too small.

It seems like maybe ordering my own size would be better ?

I ordered a full size up and they did not fit due to the toe box being oddly shaped.

The toe box slants medially so while they are long enough for my big toe, my other toes were smooshed.

I love the amount of padding (lack there of) and wish they could have worked.

I stand for 10+ hours daily and never have foot or leg pain.

Brooks shoes are really well made and great for support.

I've been buying Brooks Glycerins for years and have always been happy with them.

This is my second pair of Brooks Glycerin because they are very comfortable and cushiony.

That provides more cushioning than the Brooks Glycerin ..

However, the Brooks shoe is comfortable and does provide support.

They're extremely comfortable and supportive.

but there is no pain, and they come in wide widths.

The shoe support has really made a difference with my overall workouts, knee pain, hip pain, and back pain.
